Love Dr. Cox and the staff. We take all our animals there and I mean all and the ones we rescue. She is gentle, no BS, tells you exactly what needs to be done or not, loves the animals and spends time with you (which is the best). They are fair in price and fits us in when we really need to see her. Absolutely, Love Dr. Cox!! Some pics of our baby's throughout the years that Dr. Cox has seen(and yes some are over weight, and she had told us and we took care of it. Dr. orders ). :-)

10/10!!! My babies had a bad case of fleas. I got a kitten from a family friend and introduced the kitten to my older cat. Unfortunately I didn’t realize the kitten came with fleas until it was too late. I tried every single over the counter remedy for 2 months, nothing worked and the fleas got worse. I hated seeing my cats suffer so I took them to Gentle Care because they were the closest to my home. Best decision I ever made! The doctor took one look at my babies, gave them each medication and told me our visit was free of cost!!! I am was so surprised at how quick and efficient everything was! Thank you to the doctor and staff at this lovely hospital it was wonderful to be reminded of how compassionate people can be. My babies have definitely gotten better

Dr. Cox is Kind and knowledgeable. I can’t think of a better combination. So far she has helped my golden retriever to lose weight when no one else could. She also treated my cat for an infection and he was playing the very next day. I am so happy with their services.

What a pleasure. The visit was almost worth it just to see the inside of the building: a kind of Dr. Seuss does early 20th century, Southwest-American, open architecture; very refreshing! Then there was the paperwork. Usually when I go to any doctor - pet or people - and fill out their forms, I’m never quite sure if I’m there for a medical visit or I’m applying for a job at the CIA. All I can say, happily, is that it will take you longer to place an order for a family of four at McDonald’s. Next, while in the waiting room, I noticed that everyone who worked there seemed very happy. I haven’t seen that since the beginning of the pandemic. Finally, there was Dr. Cox. Oh, Dr. Cox! Wise, no-nonsense and straight to the point. And, unlike most doctors - pet or people - she didn’t try to up-sell me. I’ve been to vets who have charged me twice, but didn’t do half, of what she did. And, most importantly, it worked! My little kitty cat is better.

Thank you Dr. Brandon Cox, Nicole, John and the entire staff. I walked in feeling helpless because of my fur baby Panzcha. Another vet in another location told me to put my furbaby Panzcha down, and they overcharged me for unnecessary tests and they gave her an eye infection. Unfortunately I took her to this place because doctors Cox was not available and I panic. I drove 45 minutes to see DrCox as an emergency visit today since my last visit in March. Yes my Panzcha has an eye infection from that other place, and I know her kidneys are failing… but Doctor Cox took my fabulous Panzcha in, and unlike the other place I sat that whole time with my furbaby while the doctor and assistant took care of her. I now know for sure that this is the place I’ll be forever thankful and the honesty and caring way Dr Cox has shown .. I am forever thankful with gratitude. My Panzcha purrs was my biggest affirmation that my Panzcha loved and trusted Dr. Cox. At the other location my Panzcha hissed and bit the vet and once they found out I did not wanted their services they just left me alone with no answers and told me to leave. Dr Brandon Cox, we need more amazing caring humans like you. You gave me your honest opinion and my heart is grateful.. thank you also for the hug.. no one in any other place had given me a hug when I was trying to hold back my tears from fear of not been able to help my Panzcha. My Panzcha is a senior.. over 10, I rescued her back in 2018 .. I treasure ever minute I have with my furbaby.
