I don’t always leave reviews but had to after a great experience with the very professional Furgent Care Team! They showed so much care, compassion, and patience with my older dog. The encounter was efficient and the veterinary staff and doctor were fully transparent and answered all of my questions throughout the process. Thank you for taking care of my girl!

I had an appointment for my sweet 16 year old schnauzer Lola to be euthanized at home until things took an awful turn for the worst a few days ago. I didn't even know this place existed but I needed somewhere fast to do emergency euthanasia as i didnt want my dog suffering until her home appointment. I called Furgent Care and they got me in within an hour around 9 pm. Every single last one of the people working here were angels. So kind. Explained everything to me as many times as I needed them to and we were there past closing and no one rushed us out. I was SO comfortable sending my baby over the rainbow bridge at this office. Couldn't have asked for more compassion for Lola and my family. ❤️❤️

We went to Furgent the first time because our older girl was dripping blood at the end of December 2024. The care and concern we were met with right off the bat was so amazing. I was trying so hard to hold it together and they handled everything with gentleness. The prognosis wasn't great and they handled next steps with so much care. We got a plan for what we could do and what they suggested. Our girl has cancer and it is advanced. To try to "treat" it would be cruel given her age and health. So we got a plan for end of life care. Dr. Williams was so comforting while giving us his opinion and what he would do and beyond understanding as my husband and I asked questions. With the plan we got from him we had a tiny bit of hope that the meds could give her more time, but also given realistic expectations. We are fortunate that we are almost 2 months out from that and an illness that looked like it would take our girl in 48 hours has been temporarily managed and she had quality of life. We have gone back for a similar issue that was thankfully a UTI and it was handled swiftly and with the same compassion. They knew us and knew what I was going through as soon as I got in their online line and had testing set up for her right away. I went in expecting bad news and they gave me the comfort I needed, and when I got a miracle they celebrated with my old girl and I. I can absolutely not recommend this place and these people more. If you have a pet and need care right now this is the place to go. They have our full trust with our current and future pets. Go to Furgent!

I can't enough wonderful things about their staff and doctors, after searching 15 places and getting no we can't see your dog today, Furgent care answered so kindly and willing to make an appointment happen, the wait time was short, the doctors were so caring and helpful - even with the situation they made the experience so wonderful! They cost of the services were very reasonable too which you do not find a lot! I would recommend them over and over again! Thank you for helping!!

I couldn’t even start with how amazing this vet is. They are so welcoming and caring and I’ve never had any place listen like they do. I took my puppy over the weekend and all we got was compassion and sympathy with the situation. They were never not okay answer questions even with me calling worried a few times. Dr Williams was so nice and talked so calm in a stressful situation. Also I believe her name was Lucy was so kind and even called to check on my puppy after we got home. If we ever have an emergency this will be the only place I take my Animals. I am so glad they were there during a stressful time and helped as much as they did
