My husband and I moved a few months ago and had a hard time finding a good vet to take our three cats and great dane puppy to. Luckily, Franklinville Animal Hospital was able to see all of them and provided excellent care every visit. They helped us get our great dane puppy's allergies under control (via Cytopoint Injection) and really listened to us with all of our concerns regarding our pets. Unfortunately, the ~hour drive got to be a lot for us to drive to their appointments and have since found another vet / animal hospital closer to us. Thank you all for all of your help! We greatly appreciate each of you.

Welcome to Franklinville Animal Hospital
For pet owners in Franklinville, New Jersey, and the surrounding communities, Franklinville Animal Hospital, situated at 2205 Delsea Dr #1, offers veterinary care services as a local "Pet Hospital." Contactable at (856) 422-0144 or through their mobile number, +1 856-422-0144, the animal hospital aims to provide medical services for the health and well-being of pets in the area.
Based on the available customer reviews, experiences with Franklinville Animal Hospital appear to be varied. One customer shared a positive experience, highlighting the hospital's ability to accommodate their three cats and a Great Dane puppy, praising the "excellent care" received during their visits. This reviewer specifically mentioned the successful management of their puppy's allergies through Cytopoint injections and appreciated the staff's attentiveness to their concerns regarding their pets' health. This positive feedback suggests that Franklinville Animal Hospital is capable of providing effective treatment and attentive care for a range of animals and health issues.
However, another customer presented a significantly contrasting experience. This review expressed strong dissatisfaction, alleging a history of misdiagnosed pets, including their own, which purportedly resulted in severe health consequences or even death. The reviewer claimed that the hospital did not accept responsibility for these alleged misdiagnoses. In their specific case, they reported their dog being initially misdiagnosed with a urinary tract infection (UTI). Despite their persistent concerns about their dog's worsening condition, they recounted a dismissive interaction with a vet tech who allegedly stated the dog would likely die soon and turned them away. Subsequently, upon seeking care at another hospital, their dog was diagnosed with a serious disease. The reviewer further accused Franklinville Animal Hospital of attempting to falsify records to cover up the alleged misdiagnosis and lack of empathy. This highly critical review raises serious concerns about the diagnostic accuracy and overall quality of care at this facility, at least in the experience of this particular pet owner.
Given these divergent accounts, it is challenging to definitively characterize the environment, services, and features of Franklinville Animal Hospital based solely on these two reviews. The positive review suggests a caring and effective environment, particularly in addressing specific issues like allergies. The mention of Cytopoint injections indicates that the hospital offers modern treatment options for certain conditions. The fact that they could see multiple pets, including a puppy and adult cats, implies a capacity to handle different types of animals and potentially various medical needs.
On the other hand, the negative review paints a picture of potential diagnostic failures, a lack of empathy, and even alleged unethical behavior. This account, if accurate, would suggest a deeply concerning environment where pets may not receive accurate diagnoses or appropriate care, and where accountability might be lacking. The stark contrast between these two reviews underscores the importance of considering multiple perspectives when evaluating a service provider.
In terms of services, based on the positive review, Franklinville Animal Hospital appears to offer general veterinary care, including consultations, allergy management (potentially through injections), and attentive listening to pet owners' concerns. The negative review implies that while they may offer basic services like vaccinations (as mentioned by the reviewer), their ability to accurately diagnose and treat more complex conditions is called into question. It's important to note that a pet hospital typically offers a range of services, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, parasite prevention, diagnostics (like blood work, imaging), and treatment of illnesses and injuries. Whether Franklinville Animal Hospital provides a comprehensive suite of these services or specializes in certain areas is not fully elucidated by the provided information.
Features that might be associated with Franklinville Animal Hospital are also difficult to ascertain definitively. The positive review highlights the helpfulness of the staff in addressing their concerns and managing their puppy's allergies. This suggests a client-focused approach, at least in some instances. The negative review, however, strongly contradicts this, alleging a lack of empathy and a focus on financial gain over patient care. Without further information, it's impossible to objectively determine the typical features of this animal hospital, such as the expertise of the veterinary staff, the availability of specialized equipment, or their approach to emergency care.
Currently, there is no information available regarding specific promotional offers or programs at Franklinville Animal Hospital. Pet hospitals sometimes provide introductory discounts for new clients, wellness plans, or seasonal promotions. To learn about any such offers at Franklinville Animal Hospital, interested pet owners would need to contact them directly at (856) 422-0144 or visit their location at 2205 Delsea Dr #1 in Franklinville, NJ.
In conclusion, Franklinville Animal Hospital in Franklinville, NJ, is a local pet hospital that has received contrasting feedback from different customers. One reviewer praised their excellent care and successful allergy management, while another reported severe issues with misdiagnosis, lack of empathy, and alleged unethical conduct. These divergent experiences make it challenging to provide a definitive and objective introduction to this veterinary care provider. Local users considering Franklinville Animal Hospital for their pets' health needs should carefully weigh these contrasting perspectives and may wish to seek additional information, such as recent reviews from other sources or a direct consultation with the hospital, to make an informed decision. The availability of specific services, the environment of the clinic, and any current promotions can be best determined by contacting the hospital directly.

Jan 28, 2025 · Chelsea DeStefanoThis place is good for nothing but vaccination shots there's countless history including mine of misdiagnosed pets that either pass away or come close to it and then they take no blame. They misdiagnosed my dog with a UTI and after weeks of expressing concern that my dog was getting worse.Brought my dog back and the vet tech looks at the dog and tells me he'll be dead before the weekend's over and turns her away. Brought to the hospital found out she has a disease almost died and then Franklinville tries to falsify their records to cover their misdiagnosis and lack of empathy. Go to a place that truly cares about your pet and not their wallet
Jan 11, 2025 · Robert FooteGreat place for large dogs. I have a very large, protective mastiff and the team at Franklinville Animal Hospital worked very well with him. They respected my choices on the level of care and 'extras' and didn't try to guilt me into additional services. We're going back for another visit this week.
Jul 18, 2018 · Robert HarringtonMy cat was diagnosed with Diabetes and I couldn't have been more happy with the quality of care they gave him. They can be expensive (all vets are in this area), but you can ask them upfront for a quote. They are mostly prompt and always friendly when I visit. At one point there was an issue with miscommunication BUT the head veterinarian reached out to me to clear it up. I highly recommend their services and will be bringing my pet back for any other diagnosis/treatments he needs.
Jul 08, 2024 · Cody ColesAgain, Franklinville Animal Hospital is always amazing. (We live about 15 miles from them and would not go anywhere else.) My kitty was sick for a few days. Called first thing Monday morning and had an emergency appointment within an hour. Everyone, I mean everyone, is so caring, concerned and loving. They followed up on the progress the next day and a week later. I can not stress enough that this is the BEST place to care for your pets. Thank you again from myself and my kitty Wheeler. We appreciate each and everyone of you.
