This place is the absolute best! I've relocated to Queens but continue to come here because the quality of care is just that great. I took in a tomcat from my neighborhood who had a long list of issues from life outside when I first brought him in. The team here has been incredible at helping address each one. I've been working with Dr. Katz and Dr. Arrieta who are both extremely kind, thoughtful and smart. I never feel rushed, and they genuinely care. They always take the time to answer all of my questions and concerns when I'm there and when I'm at home and need guidance. I appreciate them so much. Also the techs (shout out to Darcy!) and staff here are all wonderful and kind. I couldn't have gone through this rescue without the care here! I also appreciate that they have multiple locations which makes it a lot easier for more urgent issues. I frequented the Prospect Heights location with my previous cat and the care there was equally as wonderful.

This clinic deserves 5 stars. Dr. Berthier and Claire the technician were AMAZING with my cat. Very gentle and accommodating experience where all of my questions and concerns were answered with earnest care. So grateful to have an incredible clinic in the neighborhood for my cat.

We love Franklin Ave Animal Hospital! The staff and team are efficient and very kind. They are transparent about fees and costs as best as possible. Dr. Berthier is AMAZING and we love seeing her. She is so compassionate, kind, and a great listener. Most importantly, she takes great care of our dog.

Incredible care and caring. We had a cat that approached end of life and Dr Arietta couldn’t have been more kind to us and her in the most difficult time a pet parent will face. We will never forget the love and extra time they gave us.

I love this location! I needed my dog’s nails trimmed and I didn’t have an appointment but they were able to squeeze us in! During this time my dog had a terrible ear infection and the vet was slammed with appointments. Shout out to Lorraine who helped clean my dog’s ears and get us medication. She also translated my dog’s condition to my mother who does not speak English, such a kind gesture. Additionally, she offered to send us with instructions in Spanish for my dog’s medication. Her energy was amazing! She was so nice!
