Yelled at by male while I was trying to fix something on my truck #1 to not risk other people on the road and to make sure my motor was coming back down after the RPMs went way too high. I will NEVER be back after being treated like I'm the scum of the earth. I will never forget the cruelty I feel and disrespected when I was only being safe. Maybe find a new job since you are such a miserable soul, maybe find God along the way.

Welcome to Four Springs Veterinary Clinic

Welcome to Four Springs Veterinary Clinic, located at 2147 Upper Brush Valley Rd, Centre Hall, PA 16828, USA. You can reach them at (814) 364-9807 or +1 814-364-9807. Choosing a Pet Hospital that provides excellent care while also being considerate of costs is important for pet owners in Centre Hall. Based on the available reviews, Four Springs Veterinary Clinic presents a mixed picture, with strong positive feedback regarding the veterinary service itself, contrasted by a negative experience unrelated to animal care.

One very positive review states, "Been taking our pets to Suzie for years. Very friendly and compassionate. She doesn't charge an arm & a leg either." This testimonial highlights several key aspects of the clinic. Firstly, it indicates a consistent positive experience over several years, suggesting reliability and a good standard of care. Secondly, it specifically mentions "Suzie" as being "very friendly and compassionate," pointing to a caring and personable approach. Lastly, it notes that their pricing is reasonable ("doesn't charge an arm & a leg"), which is a significant consideration for many pet owners seeking veterinary services.

In contrast, another review recounts a negative interaction with a male individual at the clinic, which occurred while the reviewer was attending to a mechanical issue with their truck on the premises. The reviewer felt "yelled at," "like I'm the scum of the earth," "cruelty," and "disrespected." This experience, while clearly negative for the individual, appears to be an isolated incident and, notably, does not directly comment on the quality of veterinary care provided to animals. It's important to differentiate between this personal interaction and the clinic's professional services concerning pet health.

Based on the available feedback, the environment at Four Springs Veterinary Clinic seems to be one where the staff, particularly someone named Suzie, is known for being friendly and compassionate towards both pets and their owners. The clinic also appears to be mindful of pricing, aiming to provide affordable veterinary care. However, the negative review suggests that interactions outside of the direct veterinary services might not always meet the same standard. Therefore, when considering the clinic as a Pet Hospital, the focus should primarily be on the quality of animal care provided.

As a Pet Hospital, Four Springs Veterinary Clinic likely offers a range of services to address the health and wellness needs of pets in the Centre Hall area. While the reviews don't explicitly list all services, we can infer some common offerings of a veterinary clinic, especially one that has retained clients for years:

  • Wellness Exams: Regular check-ups to ensure your pet is healthy and to catch any potential issues early.
  • Vaccinations: Administering necessary immunizations to protect your pet from various diseases.
  • Treatment of Illnesses: Providing medical care for when your pet is sick.
  • Minor Injury Care: Addressing less severe injuries.
  • Parasite Prevention: Offering products and advice to protect against fleas, ticks, heartworms, and other parasites.
  • Basic Diagnostics: Utilizing tools to help diagnose health problems.
  • Consultations: Providing guidance on pet nutrition, behavior, and general care.

The features of Four Springs Veterinary Clinic, based on the positive review, include a friendly and compassionate approach, particularly attributed to "Suzie," and reasonable pricing. The long-term patronage of at least one client suggests a level of trust and satisfaction with the care provided. The negative review, while concerning, seems to be an outlier related to a non-veterinary interaction on the property.

Currently, there is no specific promotional information available in the provided reviews. Veterinary clinics sometimes offer introductory discounts for new clients or specials on certain services. To learn about any current promotions at Four Springs Veterinary Clinic, it would be best to contact them directly at (814) 364-9807.

For pet owners in Centre Hall, PA, Four Springs Veterinary Clinic appears to be a place where you can find friendly and compassionate veterinary care, with reasonable pricing being a notable benefit. The positive experience of a long-term client speaks to the quality of service provided to animals. While there is a report of a negative personal interaction unrelated to pet care, it's important to weigh this against the positive feedback regarding the veterinary services themselves. If you are looking for a Pet Hospital in the area where you can expect a caring approach and fair prices, Four Springs Veterinary Clinic is worth considering. We recommend contacting them to discuss your pet's needs and to get a sense of their practice firsthand.

Love Dr. Susan Wicker and the Four Springs Team.. Such a caring group, Susan is very thorough and always takes the time to listen to my concerns and then checks out my babes.. We have been going here for years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else!!! Also NOBODY can beat their cost!!!

As many others have said, I was honestly shocked to see how reasonable their prices were. We have only been in for routine shots and for him to be neutered. Sue does seem very kind and knowledgeable; I know there is a reason they've been in business for so long. It was nice to go inside with him as a pup, since most are not allowing that with the pandemic. Here are my complaints. I wish I knew the name, but I called one time to add my husband's name/contact info for our dog (we were engaged & didn't have the same last name yet) She was rude and told me "they don't do that." But the next time I was in, another girl added him for me and was confused why someone told me no. I wish I wrote this sooner, again names were not shared with me, I assume it's the husband. I will never trust the older man with Oakley. In June of 2021, I brought him in to have his stiches removed after being neutered, and he was VERY rude. He yelled at my 6 month old pup for being scared and not sitting still at first, and did not make sure he was secured enough before going in with the scissors. He then proceeded to call my dog an It (“Well It won’t stop moving!!!”) ; he was just very careless and not compassionate at all. It made me nervous to know how he would have treated him if I wasn't standing there. *Edited to add, I’m genuinely concerned of what went on during his neuter when I wasn’t there. My baby was (still is) a sweetheart, but they pushed to have him neutered at 6 months old and I didn’t know better enough at the time and now he is more reactive and sensitive to people touching his paws.
