This was my second time at this location and was planning on coming for a refill and a check up on the medication my dog uses. I had an appointment today, January 23rd at 2:30 PM. I even have a confirmation for the appointment, which was confirmed since I made the appointment a week ago. When I walked in today, immediately, I did not feel welcomed. The lady at the front desk gave me a bewildered look and I told her I had an appointment for my dog at 2:30 PM. She did not even try to look into the system and said something along the lines of “no I don’t have any appointments at 2:30 PM”. I was frustrated and voiced how no one at the establishment called me to reschedule or let me know they didn’t have enough hands to see him. I had high hopes for my fur baby, and felt bad that he won’t be getting looked at. Although, I am glad other people have had great experiences, I will not be coming back as I know other clinics will treat my fur baby much better.

Good people here, they took great care of my cat the Chairman! She had an abscess after a fight with one of her sisters. Highly recommend 4 Paws!

This place is one of the best places I’ve ever taken any of my fur babies. Church is normally shy and doesn’t like to be touched (you know, normal cat stuff hehe), but he was calm and let them take care of him. The vet and her team answered any and all questions I had in regards to making sure that Church was healthy and what changes needed to be made at home to keep him and his siblings healthy and safe until we can get everyone in for a visit. I would definitely recommend them a thousand times over. Here’s a picture of Church (gray) and Valhalla (black and white) being the bestest bird hunters.

My pup won't be taken any place else. I trust this business with my dog's life. In fact they have been in charge with my pups life since I got her. She is still alive because of this business. Their tears. Their happiness. Their love. Their concerns. Their hearts are in care of our pets. They are invested. They stay invested. Love them all!! I wrote that review a year ago and didn't post it. All the above is still true. My Kira has passed since then. 😭 Kira had the top notch care from the Dr. T team. They treated Kira as if she was their own . And in my heart and eyes. They are as much Kira's human family as I am. The investment they put/gave to Kira is unexplainable. I have mourned Kira and they did too. They said good bye to Kira as painful as we did. I couldn't have had a better funeral and goodbye then what we had when saying goodbye to her. Now the Team here has been given another 2 fur babies from us to take care of. And I don't think twice about leaving them with them. 🤗🤟To be continued 🤣 Josie left. Kira middle RIP. Josie and Nash present right. Idk why this post never gets posted but I guess here is the reason why. Since I wrote the above. We have lost Nash. Someone in my neighborhood shot him with a gun dead. Sad story. I'll spare you. We took Nash to Dr. T. She took care of the rest. Since then we just brought a newbie into our "pack ". This is Ginger. As above. Ginger has her first visit with Dr. T. Welcome to the four paws family Ginger.

I was out of town on 9/13/2024 and my mother brought my cat to Four Paws Animal Hospital because he had a bump under his chin that we were very concerned about. The invoice that mom paid that day was $136.30, and it included a comprehensive physical exam for $60, a flea treatment called Capstar for $8.87, an ear cleaning "Feline A" for $24.30, and Mometazole (ear drops) for $39.28. They prescribed Mometazole, a drug that I am now reading is only FDA approved for dogs. I am also reading that Mometazole most commonly treats otitis externa.. which is.. swimmers ear? Excuse me, what? There is still a bump under his chin and seems to be growing larger. The discharge paperwork says nothing about an ear infection. Seems to be more of a receipt, but has my cat's weight on it as well. Even more concerning is that the vet's label on the $40 medication that they prescribed says "Exp: 01/30/26". The box the medication came in says "12/25" (and also has a picture of a dog, complete with the warning "for otic use in dogs only"). I feel like I brought my car to get the "check engine" light problem looked at and walked away with 4 new tires, an oil change, a wash and detail with the check engine light still on. Proceed at your own risk.
