I had a good experience upon initial visit with doctor. Then had to return due to issue with my dog and was seen by a different doctor who then scolded me for not knowing my dog had arthritis. I was confused because first doctor never mentioned this and I was a new client in their care. I asked why no one brought it up first visit? 2nd doctor gave recommendation costing 200 plus dollars to not even treat.. just clean and provide medication. I paid. Called after a month to schedule and was told I need to see a 3RD doctor. Who would re check and again. Not even do anything. And then I would be responsible for additional 200 for testing. Then 200 plus to remove. I asked why we would couldn’t just handle what we needed to the first visit when I paid 200 and was told “every doctor has different opinions” I asked if the mass would be removed if cancerous or benign and they said yes, we recommend either way. So what am I paying to 200 to test for? So confused. This place has good reviews so it’s unfortunate to receive this kind of service and to experience such confusion. I did not personally have a good experience and will be needing to find another doctor.

they really care about you and your pet here !! i just got my first cat but my parents have been coming here for almost 15 years. this vet office is amazing!! my cat was having an allergic reaction and they got here a steroid shot and hypoallergenic food- it’s all cleared up now :) If i could give more than 5 stars i would !!! highly recommend

They have taken care of our pup for many years and have been amazing through everything!! They truly are the best around you can find for your four legged family member.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Love that it’s not in the chain that the majority of veterinarian offices are part of in the valley. Drive from Goodyear just so can see people who truly care about my babies vs people who are just about the money.

Today was/is a very sad day for us as we had to make a hard decision no one wants to make for a loved pet. We painfully sad good bye to our kitty, Larry. He was a “gentle giant” and we miss him so very much. Thank you to Dr. Ferguson and Dr. Bienville, Pam, CVT and staff. The heartfelt compassion, the patience and professionalism was/is so very appreciated. I know it can be hard for those in this profession to go through this with pet owners on a daily basis, so we thank you again and again, for being strong for us. I would highly recommend the team at Four Legged Friends❤️!
