Dr. Hentzel and his staff have cared for all 6 of our rescues over the past 15+ years and we trust him completely. We have clinics closer to us but we drive the 30 minutes just because of how wonderful, caring and concerned he and his staff are. They are consistently top notch!

Omg when I tell you they take care of your fur baby to the best of their ability they do. My cats (jinks F/1 and Fester M/2) have both been to them and they care for them to the best of their ability and then some very great to work with!

Completely rude and unprofessional would rather be inhumane with your pets then set up a payment plan. Doesn't care about your pets well being they care more about making money I don't recommend coming here go to one in Illinois or Burlington.

We had a scare, and our fifteen year old dachshund was acting like it was the end. Calling around, no one seemed to have the time. Save Dr. Hentzel - I explained the symptoms and thought he had serious issues. He listened and said, "Let's look at him first and see what it is." We went in, and long story short, we found there were several things going on, so we dealt with each, and we have our little buddy all better. Great staff, clear understanding of what we were doing, and prompt with the treatments.
