Forever Vets Animal Hospital – Bartram Market

Cannot say enough great things about Forever Vets Animal Hospital. Hank ended up with a bout of pancreatitis (unknown cause). We had to take him to this location due to a closer one being all booked up, but I am so glad he ended up in their hands! They took him in last minute and moved him to be seen/treated immediately after seeing his condition. The staff is the most considerate, caring, transparent, and kind veterinary staff I’ve ever worked with. Special shout out to Practice Manager Samantha for treating and loving him as her own! ❤️ it was not looking great when we first brought him in, but after two days of fluids and IV meds, he is making a great recovery. Thank you Samantha, Dr. Medina, and staff! Y’all are the best!

There are no words to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. MacGregor, Lizette and all the staff at Forever Vets Bartram office. When it was time for me to say goodbye to my sweet kitty Dixie, they were so compassionate, answered all my questions, and gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye. The Batram Market office is by far the best, from all levels. They are all so professional, caring, attentive and always with a cool, positive, chilled attitude. On Monday, 2/17/25, I took my fur baby to be seen, had some issues going for 2 months. I waited in hopes of it getting better AND I was a bit afraid of learning if it was something serious. From the receptionist, to the tech and the Dr- they were all wonderful. The tech immediately noticed I was worried, was limited on finances and saw my emotions were high. He listened with care, offered a hug and ensured me all will be OK. Dr. Medina, god sent. He came in, immediately addressed my dogs concerns, asked my finance cap and ensured to do all we could to test and rule out any serious issues within my financial means. His primary focus was caring/testing for my dog and secondary was my well being. He never made it about the "money/finance" portion of things. This type of caring is not what you normally see. Finances many times drives what care will be provided, but not with Dr. Medina. He was so thorough, detailed and clear on the game plan. He was truly god sent. Forever Vets has been my fur baby care center for 7+ years, but Bartram Office for the last 9 months and grateful for them. Big KUDOS to this office and their team. Casper is doing slowly doing better. Fur MOM is happier.

We have been a part of the Bartram Market Family for almost 2 years now. The entire staff is amazing and has taken such wonderful care of our little girl Daphne. She was always so excited to see her furever family even just to stop by and say hello. She is the reason the treats had to be moved as her little hound nose could sniff them out every time. Dr. Cummins was always wonderful to her and Daphne would be so excited to see her. When the unthinkable had to occur, and it was time for her to cross the Rainbow bridge this past week, we know she had a room full of her favorite people, some of which left other locations to be at her side that day. This was not just a vet office for Daphne to go see, it was another family who loved her, and she loved very much. From the bottom of our heart, we want to thank the staff at Forever Vets Bartram for taking such wonderful care of our little girl and treating her like she was their own.

When we had to unexpectedly put down our baby, the Forever Vets staff were amazing. Not only were they loving to our fur baby, but they were so compassionate and caring to me as well. They even sent flowers the next day expressing their condolences. We have been with Forever Vets for several years and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing vet experience!
