I bought my cat Shifty in because she was ill. Unfortunately she was sick and there was nothing they could do for her. The staff was fantastic and treated me and my cat with dignity and respect and made her transformation OTRB painless and dignified. I can't thank them enough.

My cat died an HOUR after leaving Forest Hills Cat Hospital. I brought my cat in for our appointment at 2:30 and we weren’t seen until 4pm. I told the vet he was having wheezing and coughing fits and they told me they couldn’t run any tests on him because it was “the end of the day.” We were sent home and my cat was fine for about half an hour before he had another wheezing fit that just continued to escalate and eventually he stopped breathing while we were on the way to a different vet. If the vet took my cat’s health seriously and did his job correctly, maybe he would still be alive right now. If you care about your cat’s life DO NOT take them to this cat hospital.

I lost my trust in this clinic. I received a postcard reminding me of services my cat needed. I told them what I was there for and somehow got billed for something else that was over $800 that my cat did not need and that I didn’t ask for. I assumed they knew what they were doing and didn’t think I had to tell them how to do their job. I guess if you go, be very specific. Past vets and clinics that I have been to have always been transparent and took care of me and my kitty. The only thing they helped me out of was $800 that I don’t have that I had to split across 3 credit cards.

I am beyond grateful for the urgency and care given by the entire team. My cat was so fragile following visit to a well established emergency veterinary office where all they could do was prescribe over the counter solutions. Thanks to the Forest Hills Cat Hospital my cat is back to getting better. All my questions were asked and follow up calls answered immediately.

My first visit with my 14 year old cat couldn’t have been better. The staff was informative and as gentle as they could be with my “devil cat”. The vet was excellent and gave me all the information I needed about my cats condition. Thank you for perseverance in a stressful situation
