We truly appreciate the excellent service and support provided at Foothills Veterinary Clinic. The team is very supportive and knowledgeable, providing amazing customer service, and answering questions very quickly. Dr Haberman always takes the time to explain all of the questions and provides in depth information.

Dr. Ray Haberman has been a part of my pets for 30+ years. He has taken care of all my cats and my dogs and I trust him implicitly with the care of my animals. That’s why I’ve stayed with him for 30 years and have not changed vets. I love his staff as they are very helpful, compassionate, and willing to work with me and my schedule. It is a privately owned business and is not owned by one of the conglomerate vet associations. That is very important to me. I live in Canton and I drive 45 minutes just for my pets to be taken care of by Dr. Haberman. It’s worth the drive.

This is absolutely the most amazing Veterinary Clinic i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Everybody who works here is so incredibly nice and so incredibly helpful. If I could give them 10 stars I absolutely would. They are caring and compassionate and always always a pleasure to talk to. "Dude thanks you guys so much" lol

Bottom line: STAY AWAY. Typical mismanaged corporate practice with Dr Adcock bulldozing for his own interests and to meet quota. Main priority is for profit and client and patient care being the bottom priority aside for employees who get the worst treatment. Should healthcare be run like this? You and your pet are a statistic and a balance sheet if you choose to accommodate this corporate clinic. Support privately owned practices and leave corporate medicine for the entitled corporate executives.

This place is just ridiculous. I went in there today morning for my kitten The receptionist lady told me the doctor is busy with an emergency situation right now and his next appointment is coming in five minute Which I had no issues with that so I left. After about hour hour and a half, I gave them a call trying to schedule an appointment and she wouldn’t even let me finish talking. She cut me off and tell me that they don’t do same-day appointment after she knew who I was and the reason I was there for. She say that they don’t have the same day appointment and also she doesn’t have anything available for next day which I don’t even ask for the next day or same-day appointment. and she would recommend me to take her to the emergency, and did not give me any options for any day of appointment. She didn’t even let me tell her what day I’m looking for or when, I was looking for the weekend appointment, but she was rushing me off The phone did not let me complete My sentence did not let me ask my farther question. I have complete knowledge of knowing what is an emergency and when to take my pet to ER. After all Very poor customer service very careless very unprofessional people up on the front desk. I was really disappointed and it seems like she did not care about whatsoever what is someone’s pet is going through and that is very disappointed. I will never ever try to go here again and I will never recommend this place to anybody They don’t care about your pets and that is heartbreaking.
