They treat loyal customer badly. We've been going this clinic for 8-10 years and at least 50-80 cats and dogs. treated by them.(recommended this clinic to friends too). I spent $$$$$$ with them. We've been trapped lot of outside Feral casts and neutered and treated by them constantly. I've been feeding outside cats every single day. We personally very much LOVE ANIMALS. I never go back to them. I'll not recommend to any one or my friends, or neighbors, Dr. Shelley was always nice but office manager is the one who took over???, something badly happened. . GOOD BYE

Welcome to Flynn Shelley DVM
Flynn Shelley DVM is a veterinary care provider located at 330 W Ave I, Lancaster, CA 93534, USA. Operating within the platform category of Pet Hospital, Flynn Shelley DVM offers veterinary services to the local community. While the provided information is limited to the name, contact details, address, and two identical negative customer reviews, we can attempt to infer some aspects of the practice based on this feedback while remaining objective and avoiding the output of any missing information.
The provided customer reviews, both from the same individual, unfortunately do not offer insights into the physical environment of Flynn Shelley DVM. Typically, a pet hospital environment includes a reception area for clients and their pets, examination rooms where consultations and basic procedures are performed, and potentially other areas depending on the scope of services, such as surgical suites, radiology rooms, and recovery areas. Cleanliness and a comfortable atmosphere are generally considered important aspects of a veterinary clinic to ensure the well-being of the animals and provide a reassuring space for pet owners. However, without any positive or descriptive feedback regarding the clinic's ambiance or facilities, we cannot objectively comment on the environment of Flynn Shelley DVM.
Similarly, the specific services offered by Flynn Shelley DVM are not detailed in the provided reviews. Based on the categorization as a Pet Hospital, it is reasonable to assume that a range of general veterinary services are available. These often include routine check-ups, vaccinations, parasite prevention, dental care, and treatment for illnesses and injuries. The reviews mention the treatment of a significant number of cats and dogs over an extended period, including neutering feral cats, which suggests that surgical services and community animal care may have been part of their offerings in the past. However, the recent negative experiences do not shed light on the current scope or quality of their medical services. To obtain a comprehensive understanding of the services provided by Flynn Shelley DVM, direct contact using the provided phone number is necessary.
The key feature highlighted by the customer reviews, albeit negatively, is a perceived decline in the treatment of loyal customers. The reviewer explicitly states having been a client for 8-10 years, bringing in a substantial number of animals (50-80 cats and dogs) and spending a significant amount of money at the clinic. They also mention recommending the clinic to friends. This history suggests that Flynn Shelley DVM may have, at one time, fostered strong relationships with long-term clients. However, the repeated statement that "They treat loyal customer badly" indicates a significant negative shift in customer service. The reviewer notes that while "Dr. Shelley was always nice," a change involving the "office manager" is implicated as the cause of this deterioration. This suggests that the interpersonal aspects of the practice, particularly concerning administrative interactions, may have become problematic for at least one long-standing client.
The provided reviews do not contain any information regarding promotional offers at Flynn Shelley DVM. Pet hospitals sometimes offer discounts for new clients, vaccination packages, or seasonal promotions. Given the negative nature of the available feedback, it is unlikely that any promotional information would be included in these reviews. To inquire about any current promotions or special offers, interested parties would need to contact the clinic directly.
For local pet owners in Lancaster, CA, considering Flynn Shelley DVM for their veterinary care needs, the available information presents a concerning picture. While the clinic has apparently served at least one client for a significant duration and treated a large number of animals, recent experiences have led to strong dissatisfaction and a public declaration of no longer recommending the practice. The positive historical association with Dr. Shelley is contrasted with negative interactions seemingly stemming from a change in management or office procedures. Potential new clients should be aware of this feedback and may wish to inquire specifically about the clinic's customer service policies and any recent changes in management or staff when contacting them. The decision to entrust one's pet to a veterinary practice is significant, and it is advisable to gather comprehensive and up-to-date information from various sources, including direct communication with the clinic, if possible.
In conclusion, Flynn Shelley DVM in Lancaster, CA, is a pet hospital that has served the community for a number of years, according to one long-term client. This client, however, expresses extreme dissatisfaction with recent treatment, citing a negative change in how loyal customers are handled, allegedly related to the office manager. Despite a previously positive view of Dr. Shelley, this client states they will not return or recommend the clinic. The reviews provide no information about the clinic's environment, current services, specific features, or any promotional offers. Local pet owners should consider this negative feedback and conduct their own due diligence, potentially contacting the clinic directly to understand their current practices and customer service approach before making a decision about their pet's care. The stark contrast between past loyalty and current strong disapproval warrants careful consideration.

Jan 26, 2013 · Jeannie HolmbergSmith's is an outstanding pet clinic. They love your pet as much as you do and I think they would keep all the patients for their own if they could. One of my cats had stickers & foxtails imbedded in his face but sat patiently while Dr. Flynn pulled them out 1 by 1. They are genuine Cat (or Dog) Whisperers.
