Floral City Animal Clinic

We have gone to 2 Emergency Veterinary Hospitals in the past 5 days and 2 vet visits. Still don't have our beautiful little girl back but I can say one thing, Floral City is hands down the best veterinary clinic in the State of FL. Seldom do you find this kind of professionalism, compassion, and empathy. We brought our Chihuahua in on Monday morning and rushed her back today, Wednesday. Unfortunately, the underlying issue was not a UTI, but something more serious. She collapsed countless times, getting weaker by the day not responding to medications. She appeared lifeless this morning. Staff were patient in repeating tests, bloodwork, and provided prompt communication. Dr. Toto went above and beyond researching to determine the root cause of her symptoms. Dr. Toto consulted with other specialists in the field to determine the best treatment while waiting for an official diagnosis. She has definitely restored my faith in humanity. Thank you so much for the after hours. ***Update 4/24/22*** Our beautiful little girl is back ruuning the house, feisty as ever, and beating up her two brothers. Words cannot express how grateful we are to have her back. Thanks again to Dr. Toto and the rest of the Floral City team!

Thank you for your delicate care,when my mother-in-law and I came in to say goodbye to her senior dog. We appreciate being asked if he should be wrapped up in his Tinkerbell blanket for his last ride home. 🥺. This place really does take care of the fur babies that are brought to them and the fur babies human companions.

I am so thankful I found this vet clinic. The compassion and care really shows. The vet and staff went way beyond what any other vet has ever done. My pup got into something that made her so sick and they brain stormed even after hours to help me figure it out. She spent 4 days in an oxygen tank. They would call me 2x a day with progress send pictures and all. Because we have more pets they cared to find the root of what could have gotten her so sick so I can address it at home to protect all my pups. I always have gotten vets that would just heal the pup but never one that actually tells me what caused it. I recommend them 100% and would not go anywhere else! And the plus it was 4 days of pup being there with so many test plus oxygen tank and I didn’t have to go into debt with the bill. I was so amazed how reasonable the price was it shocked me.

It took me a long time to find a place that I trust with my animals. All of my animals go here and are always treated with the utmost compassion and care. From our puppies that come for health certificates to my old timers that now look forward to coming in when they used to be afraid to go to vet. I would 110 percent recommend any of the vets that work here..

My family moved here 2 1/2 years ago, me, my boyfriend and our 3 dogs. Lucy a 4.5 # long haired Chihuahua and two English mastiffs about 180 pounds each that were about five years old. We tried to take our babies there but they weren’t taking on new clients. We went to surrounding veterinarians which I didn’t like any of them to be truthful. It’s now 2 1/2 years later and Our 17/18 year-old Chihuahua sadly needed to cross the rainbow bridge. We called Floral City Animal Hospital after calling other Vet clinics and them saying it would cost us $300+ dollars, they couldn’t get us in for minimum a week to two weeks so we tried Floral City Animal Clinic and they were able to get us in within a couple of days at a price that was more reasonable! We didn’t ask for ashes or paw prints. Today we received paw prints on paper with what I believe a nose print and a little vile of her hair along with a card that was signed by All the staff!!! not a copied card but a handwritten card by all the staff!!! My boyfriend and I were touched! The card was so unexpected and beautiful!!! I’m not big on giving reviews but I always look at them, that’s why I’m making this review because I believe that Floral Animal Clinic is awesome and I’m grateful I was able to bring my Lucy to them for her last moments! And now able to get the absolute best care for my 2 mastiffs that are now 7. I believe in my heart they are the best and you can trust them with your fur babies to get the best care available!!!
