I took my ancient (19 y/o) cat here for a senior blood panel to monitor her kidney disease. I was very distraught because a previous vet had basically told me that she was suffering and in pain. The vet techs that took her blood and her urine were very kind and understanding, and gave her a churu even though she was cranky. Dr. Small is extremely knowledgeable and empathetic, and took time to give my cat a once over and let me know that she is still healthy despite her age and kidney disease. I wanted to discuss putting her on prozac as well for her suspected dementia and Dr. Small made sure I explored every avenue, even if it meant visiting another vet's office. He did research on his own time and emailed me about it. I've had my cat since she was 6 weeks old, and she's the most important part of my life. The time and compassion shown by the staff here was really refreshing. I had been so upset and sad thinking my cat was suffering that I started crying during her exam, but I was put at ease with how kind and thorough they were. It was incredibly reassuring. I'm glad I live close by but even if I didn't I'd travel to come here.

UPDATE : my cat passed away on Friday Nov 22nd @1:30am. I took my cat here for a neuter procedure on October 1st. Within a few days after his surgery, he was leaking pee. As the days are going by he is getting worst and worst. He was having troubles breathing and he could barely walk around and move and he was peeing blood. I tried calling them first to let them know what’s going on with my cat and the lady on the phone tried to blame me for his symptoms and tried to redirect me to another clinic. Why do I have to go to another clinic if you guys made a mistake ? I tried calling back and back and talking to somebody else about this problem and she refused to let me to talk to somebody else. It took for my mom to call them and demand to talk to somebody else. Luckily the doctor was able to get on the phone and told us to bring him back ASAP. We brought him back and they provided us medicine that should help with the pain. It helped for about a two or three weeks and now he is back to leaking pee and peeing blood. Yes, this place is affordable but affordable does not always mean it is good. DO NOT SEND YOUR ANIMAL BACK HERE !!!!! I don’t like how this place does not take accountability for anything. I will never recommend anybody to go here.
