I cannot express enough my appreciation for each person on the Firehall 4 team. Not only are they highly professional and knowledgeable, but they are also a caring and compassionate group of people. My Coco has received the finest care since we started going to Firehall seven years ago when she was a new pup. The follow-up by the team is extraordinary and very appreciated. They care about my Coco and me.

From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted us warmly, making both me and my fur baby feel right at home. Dr. Peterson and her team were incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about animals. They took the time to explain each step of every process and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. I appreciated their thoroughness in addressing my pet's health concerns, and it was evident that they truly care about their patients. The facility is very clean and well maintained; I knew my dog was in the best of hands. I also loved the follow-up call I received after our visit, checking on my pet's recovery and well-being—that personal touch made all the difference. Everyone at Firehall has been amazing to me and my cat. I took my cat to Firehall as I did not trust the last vet I was with. They took such great care of my cat to get officially diagnosed on his condition. Even after the appointment, they kept in contact asking how he was and if I needed anything . That is a service that I never received from my last vet! They truly go above and beyond for you and your beloved pet(s). I highly recommend anyone with a pet to come here ! Their pricing is very reasonable especially for the services they provide!

These guys are top notch. Every time I take my dog in, I come away thinking how impressive they are and what a great experience it was. We traditionally see Dr. Laas who is wonderful but isn’t in the office seeing patients as much as she once was. More recently, we have started seeing Dr. Molly Hughes and I cannot recommend her enough. She does such a great job of verbalizing what she is assessing during in an exam, as well as explaining things such as testing or results. She has a great, bubbly personality and goes out of her way to make my dog feel comfortable and special. Anyone I have ever interacted with in terms of the vet techs, front desk staff, have always been pleasant and helpful. Lastly, they are EFFICIENT there. On a day multiple staff members told me it had been “hectic,” they still managed to room us almost instantly, and still brought me a bottle of water and my dog a bowl of water. The “wait” they kept apologizing in advance for was maybe ten minutes tops, certainly not enough that I’d consider it a “wait.” I had shown up a few minutes early which meant I was being seen at my scheduled appointment time. Many thanks to such a caring staff who are setting the standard for patient experience!

The BEST vet in Athens! I definitely dread going to the vet just because you don’t want to hear bad news regarding your pets but this office made it sooo easy and relaxed. They eased my mind over the phone and made the appointment very calming for my pet!! Also I received an appointment same day but they worked with my schedule!! I will definitely be coming back!!
