The vet here is horrible. Do not take your pets here. I took my dog to get treated for fleas and a wound that he bit into himself and the vet refused to do wound care on him. The vet had his dog running loose and the dog wouldn’t leave my dog alone he kept sniffing at his wound and wouldn’t listen when I told the dog to go. The vet was watching and doing nothing to get his dog away from mine even though my dog was scared and growling trying to get away from the vets dog! He told me over the phone that the flea medicine was $30 then when I got there he said it was $120 for flea treatment. I told him that is NOT what he told me over the phone and he said oh well it’s $40 then. That’s absolutely terrible business! We will not be going back. The vet in Garner or Ackley is way better and the vets actually care about the pets they’re treating.

If I could give zero stars I would. This man had a terrible bedside manner. Especially when it comes to dogs. He treated my dog so poorly and yelled at us to get him out of there when the exam was finished because he was a Pitbull. A very well mannered Pitbull. I will never take another animal there. If you don’t like particular breeds and can’t treat them all fairly then maybe you should rethink tires career choice!!

They were very helpful with our cat Benny. And I give hats off to the assistant, she put up an awesome fight with been and held her own. They worked hard to get him healthy again. We appreciate their work. We would recommend then to everyone. And while you're there don't forget to say hi to their kittens too!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! This vet treated my 1200$ Bengal. He amputated her tail told me everything was fine and he gave her some pain medication. Well next day comes and shes dead! He forgot to give her a stool softener so she couldn't go poop and died from blood toxicity. The VERY next day I get his bill in the mail!! No apology or anything just a bill!! This guy is worthless! And cares nothing about smaller animals. Dont waste your time or money.
