The Dr. and staff were wonderful, my husband and I were so worried 😟, And they put us @ ease right away and took great care of our 🐕, and with much patience explained how the future treatment would go. We will definitely be back and will recommend to others. Dr. Tobi Maser was amazing, she was very thorough, and diagnosed and treated our Abby perfectly. We had a great first visit with our Puppy. Dr. Maser was informative and answered all of our questions. Our pup also loved her! Would recommend this vet to anyone! Great experience.

My father has a cocker spaniel mix rescue dog he got a few years back. By the time my dad rescued him, he'd already developed cauliflower ears. He sheds like crazy and his fur grows so fast. It's hard for my dad and I to keep up, though we try. The Drs and assistants are so friendly, and our dog took to them immediately. This is a great place to take your pet. They genuinely care about these animals.. You can tell by their gentleness with them. Winston was used to a visiting vet coming to the house. So, the pet clinic was a new experience for him. These people are so much better, in my opinion, in the way they handle him than the old visiting vet was! He's 9 yrs old and needed a lot of care, things the previous vet hadn't done. Bloodwork.. they finished grooming him where the groomers had to stop for fear of cutting him due to matted fur in a delicate area, I feel he's had a full checkup on everything here. I'm praying that the lab work comes back well 🙏. There was so much to be done that hadn't been done previously by his last vet!

Brought our 8yr old cat Chloe in after we had her at the ER. She was very sick and we had an extremely difficult decision to make regarding letting her go so she wouldn’t suffer in any way. Dr Kellermann and Christine were who took care of Chloe in her final moments. We cannot praise or thank them enough for how kind, caring, gentle and compassionate they each were towards sweet Chloe and towards us Chloe’s family. Dr Kellermann explained in the most gentlest manner what was being done every step of the way. Christine was so wonderful assisting the doctor. They treated Chloe with soft hands and hushed voices and although we were all unbearably sad we were so grateful she was in good hands when she quietly slipped away. Dr Kellermann and Christine were so sympathetic giving us ALL the time we needed before during and after. A special thank you to Supervisor Hannah as she was amazing helping us in coordinating the time to say goodbye to Chloe. Everyone here really cares for your pets!

Very disappointed, unbelievable. My dog had a diarrea, we were up for the whole night. In the morning I called to both offices (Feasterville and Southhampton) asked for some antidiarrheal medicine. The receptionist told me that I have to wait for the doctor prescription and the doctor is busy with surgery. First of all they have more then one doctor and I didn't ask for antibiotics or something serious, a vet assistant could give it to me. But no, they offered a probiotics, which I could get from any pet store. So, we're been waiting and waiting for hours and my poor dog struggling from stomach pain and diarrhea. Finally, I ran to the pet store and got some liquid medicine and it worked, thanks God. So, nobody called us, nothing from two offices we didn't get any help. Very careless.
