Took my dog in for uti and rabies shot. I also decided to do heart worm check. Was told there were blood flakes in her urine. I was told I could bring her back anytime for a shot of antibiotic or a prescription no charge. I was told the next day heart worm was negative but she did have a uti. I took her back and they charged me for the shot. I told them what was said but the doctor wasn’t there. $60 for an antibiotic!! They acted like they weren’t going to give me my dog until I paid. I told them I will not be back. They are very expensive!

A great and friendly staff with all the services you need! I take my dog Kalani here every month to get nail trims and her checkups. Very great business.

I have had my Labradoodle groomed here several time, I was happy with the groomer. This last time was a new groomer. It was the worst grooming job ever. Won’t be going back as long as she is there.

I brought my pet English bulldog here a year ago. We brought him for a check up/nail trimming. My dog did not like to get his nails clipped and got aggressive when doing so. The vet recommended that my dog be sedated long enough to trim his nails. At first, the vet was very comforting but he then began to rush to get my pet done as they were so “busy”. He assured me that he did this kind of thing all the time and my dog would be just fine when I returned. I received a phone call to come pick up my dog but I was at work at the time. I sent a friend to pick up my dog only to find out that my dog died. We were not told that until she arrived and was pulled aside. My friend then passed a room where my dog was lying dead and uncovered. He was just laying dead on the table with the door open as if it was nothing. The vets all seemed anxious and could not give me a clear explanation as to how my dog died. I still to this day do not know how he died. They told me he died while he was sedated and then they said he died a hour before she got there. They then got straight to the point and asked that I pay for the cremation of my dog. I definitely do not recommend this vet as the whole business lacks compassion/professionalism. Do not trust these people alone with your animal as the same situation could happen to you.

I’ve been bringing my pets there for 7 years. Regular checkups, grooming, boarding and emergency situations. My dog has been on a special diet which I purchased there at least once a month sometimes more at $135 a bag. My 11 year old German Shepherd was dying two days ago. It was 4:30pm when I called them. They were still open til 5pm and refused to help put my dog down. Said I needed to go to emergency after hours clinic elsewhere. I drove to family friends got there before 5pm and they turned me away saying there was nothing they could do for me and closed the door on me. My dog was suffering and so was I. My dog had been going there for 7 years. They obviously don’t care about the animals. It is all about the money to them. I drove 25 miles to emergency clinic only to have my suffering dog pass away in my arms when we got there. I am so disappointed that the entire staff at family friends animal hospital are cold hearted unfeeling people who are more interested in money and getting off work exactly on time them the well being of their clients, our family members. Would honestly recommend you stay away from this place. 0 stars if that’s possible!!!
