Our tortoise wasn鈥檛 feeling well, hardly opening his eyes and not eating. Brought him to this clinic and had bloodwork done and have been giving him antibiotics. He was also tube fed while there. Happy to say he is improving! Would recommend this facility for your reptiles, slithering or feathered friends! Staff is very caring and attentive!

Jul 06, 2024 路 Jeanne GebertI had a wonderful experience at this exotic vet. I drove an hour to take my bun to this vet for the utmost care. I am glad I made the decision to take her. The team here is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Dr McLeod is SO nice & extremely kind with rabbits. I got a full exam, nail trim, microchip, and vaccine for my bun, along with flea medicine (unfortunate flea outbreak in the house) for only $210! They also accept Care Credit cards, so you can charge any vet visit on your card and receive 0% interest on it for 6 months. I have a follow-up in 3 weeks for the second dose of the vaccine & then a spay surgery. My bun is about 5 years old and they mentioned they did many successful surgeries on all kinds of buns and of all ages! She makes the cutest burrito too馃グ馃惏馃馃尟 Update 11/6/24: My bun went for her spay surgery 2 days ago and was completely cared for from start to finish. I am confident she had the absolute best care possible and I am so glad I did my research. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for this vet and the doctors here. Dr. Mcleod is the absolute best and she is available by phone or e-mail. She called to give me status updates before I picked up my bun (she stayed overnight) and she also called after we got home for several days to check on my bun. They sent me home with liquid Meloxicam (that was flavored too so buns are more likely to ingest it!) for pain regulation and Oxbow Critical Care mix. She is recovering amazingly and has had no issues. I am leaving my own custom review of TEN STARS! Forever grateful and relieved everything went well. I will be back for next years vaccinations and check up
Nov 07, 2024 路 Christine Margot Marie Sessions-Portanova (AstroChrissy)I took our class pet snail to the vet today. Her name is Margo and she has been our pet for two years. Anyways, her shell started to turn white and overtime the class became more and more worried. I finally decided to find an exotic vet and just call to see what they said. They weren鈥檛 sure if they took snails but returned my call quickly to confirm they did! I made an apt and was able to get in fairly quickly. Dr. Kirstin was very knowledgeable on snails- more than what I could find on google! They treated Margo as if she was any other animal coming in. Trust me- bringing a snail to a vet and spending the money on that, wasn鈥檛 something I was looking forward to but knew it was best to make sure she was okay. Kirstin spent over 30 minutes discussing what could be the issue and ways to make sure Margo is getting nutritious meals. Everyone in the office loved her and the whole experience was great-even for a snail! I was able to hear her heart beat and see an xray of her shell to make sure everything was fine. Thank you Dr. Kirstin for making this day a great and educational experience! I appreciate you!
Apr 06, 2024 路 Morgan HI absolutely love this vet clinic! I have a squirrel (disabled/not releasable) and an Amazon parrot that I've been bringing here for a few years now. Dr. Santiago Diaz is the most caring and educated vet I've ever had. He truly wants what is best for his pet patients and also tries his best to provide the least expensive ways to treat them. He gives thorough evaluations and honest assessments. The staff are very friendly and provide excellent customer service evey time. If you have an exotic pet, please give this place a try. I know you'll be impressed like I am. Update 2024: Sadly, after 10 years old, my squirrel got a common dental cancer and she needed to be put down. Dr. Diaz and his staff were so kind and empathetic of my loss. They gave me time to grieve and say goodbye and lit the office candles in my pet's honor to gently inform other clients of her passing. They took such great care of my pet's remains and offered affordable options for cremation or to let me bring her home to bury. I'll never forget their genuine kindness and help with the process. I'm truly blessed to have this vet clinic for my animals. A special thank you to Dr. Santiago Diaz, the best vet I've ever had!
Dec 02, 2024 路 Krystal SellersGorgeous, great staff, but they do treatments without you. This was my first visit because I just started fostering bunnies after fostering cats & dogs for years. The building is gorgeous, parking is spacious (with spot just for patients), & an outdoor patio. I'm unsure if they do boarding, but if so I would recommend because they have the space. It's very clean & comfortable. I never smelled animal! That's magic for a place with multiple species visiting daily! I heard a bird chatting away while I was placed in a small room. The bird sounded happy not distressed. My room seemed designated for bunnies, but it had equipment for other small animals including a small bird perch. So adorable!! Everything was clean & organized. There were other rooms with equipment for other species & sizes. They also sold some food & supplements in the lobby. I didn't wait at all! The staff were very communicative & pleasant! The only thing I wasn't a fan of is they took my bunny to the back to do her exam & vaccine. I've never experienced this at any other vet (& I've been to so many). Not sure if this is typical for bunnies, and I know this doesn't bother people, but I prefer to be with my baby. Specially since vets are a stressful time for them. Don't get me wrong, I completely trust they did a fantastic job! That's why without hesitation they get 5 stars. It's just not my personal preference. 馃
