Mind you I have never an issue prior....I called into this location at 1:35 just to pick up my doggies shot record. I called 3 times cause the line was busy. (Which is expected during a pandemic) Once my call went through I went on hold for 25 minutes (reasonable... eeehhhhh I am not sure) I informed them I would most likely arrive around 5:30 to pick up my dogs shot records. I arrive at 5:30 and start to call but stood outside just to wait for someone in case they comes to the door. Another customer approaches behind me. They then attend to him (mind you he called) she then (didn't catch her name) looks at me and says rudely " you need to call before I help you" as she stood there I then responded " hey I called earlier about this and now it's not going...." and she shut the door on me in the middle of me talking. All I ask is if you would like me to be kind and not be rude as their sign says that she would return the proper attitude. This is not a representation of the veterinary clinic but as her being the front person she is a representation of the office staff. She was impolite and my one request is reconsidering who is representing your establishment.

Wonderful staff! I recently had to put down two of my geriatric animals within 3 months of each other. Dr. Bell was so kind and patient with them. Even though it wasn't an easy decision to make, Dr. Bell and his entire staff lessened the pain. Compassion is practice here, and I will use no other Vet for my animals care!
