From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine care. The staff was incredibly patient and understanding, taking the time to explain every step of the process. Our dog, who can be quite nervous at the vet, seemed relaxed and happy in their care. We're so grateful to have found such a wonderful clinic.

I only went for a brief moment to get my dog's vaccinated. The lady at the front desk was nice. Very quick service, it didn't take even 10 min. $48 for rabies vaccine.

The people that work here including the vet, are racist. I'm white and the receptionist are Hispanic and the vet is black. Super small parking lot , receptionist with long hair just looks at you and doesn't even greet you. Then acts like some kind of queen and if you ask her where your cat is at, she says that you can listen to me and what I have to say and if you have any questions you can ask when I'm finished speaking,?? After this the vet doesn't apologize or anything and says how I can go somewhere else if I'm unhappy, refuses to listen to what I have to say and tells me that I'm rude because I referred to one of his workers as this person? Crazy! Although the vet seems to know what he's doing, with that kind of treatment, I definitely don't plan on going back. Wow, too much drama. Also I got charged 72.00 for a shot and the detailed receipt doesn't even say what the injection was.

If only negative stars were an option. The new owner is the complete opposite of Dr. Grain, who treated our family with care and respect for years. My last visit here was over a year ago, and never again. The new owner's staff is rude. They don't communicate, don't care, and they charge exponentially higher rates for extremely inept service. They over-medicated my dog and over-charged for services "based on weight" he hadn't gained. They are unclean, unsafe and really just don't give af. Stay away.
