We absolutely adore Erlanger Veterinary Hospital! Our cats have been patients here for years and we couldn't be happier with the care that they receive. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and appears to genuinely care about our pets. The veterinarians always take the time to explain everything thoroughly and make sure we feel comfortable with the treatment plan. On a side note, our girls love the kids area and the fish tank in the lobby. We highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care for their feline friends!

We recently switched to Dr Clark after sub par experiences with another vet in the area. She has been absolutely fantastic. Her & the staff’s bedside manner are fantastic. Dr Clark tried multiple regimens until my dog was better. She recently did a surgery for her as well. The office provided a clear cost estimate . Dr Clark called during the procedure with an update. She also called after to explain post op instructions. She even followed up regarding previous concerns we had with our dog. The office is very timely and clean. I definitely recommend this office.

Erlanger Vet Hospital saved my pups life. My dogs littermate and mom passed away after getting sick and being seen at Pet365 off Turfway. As soon as I noticed my puppy was showing the same symptoms I took him here. They got me in the same day and were extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately my dog had parvovirus. Dr Nancarrow understood that I could not afford to keep my pet in clinic and instead gave me everything I needed to provide care at home. With a full list of meds and instructions I nursed my pup back to health. He is now his normal self and I couldn’t be more grateful for the help I received here.

Dr. Tony Schumann was an amazing aid to the process of caring for my dog, as well as served honest and accurate descriptions and answers to our questions and concerns. This process has been so much easier through the process they provided, and I could not be more greatful.
