The vet assistants are very nice, and I absolutely love Dr. Ventrillo. She's thorough in her examination of my cats, is very pleasant, and answers all my questions. Out of three different veterinary practice groups, she diagnosed my cat properly with feline infectious peritonitis and pointed me to an entity that addressed this disease for eventual successful treatment.

My cat had a major dental surgery, and every member of the staff went out of their way to show they cared about her and her recovery. We received a personal phone call from the doctor who gave us a detailed summary of the procedure. The staff reached out to us multiple times in the week following her procedure to check on how she was doing. And they got her in to be seen same-day when there were some post-op concerns. She is now recovering beautifully and on her way to a happier, healthier life now that her teeth won’t be bothering her anymore!

All the vets, techs, and front desk staff I have interacted with have been very kind and caring. They have listened to my concerns regarding my pet. When I needed 2 emergency visits for my poor sickly pup, I was able to get in same day and they worked with me on the time so I wouldn’t miss too much work. The vets take time to listen to your concerns and explain things very well. They were honest about treatment options. They followed up with me to see how she was doing both times and treatment worked well both times. I would recommend anyone take their pet here.

Took my German Shepherd to Erie animal hospital today for an exam and nail trim. The lab tech Anne-Marie was so wonderful with my 120 lb boy and and played with him before starting anything so that he would get comfortable. She was both professional and very personal. Dr Ulrich came into the room came into the room and started petting him before he started the exam. Doctor was very patient because my boy car was moving all around. The doctor did his check up with a little bit of resistance from car but it all turned out very well. After the doctor did the exam he asked me if I had any questions but I really didn't because they explained everything to me so thoroughly after the exam Anne Marie cut his long nails pretty easily. As you know most dogs don't like to have their nails trimmed but she was absolutely great. I will definitely go back here with any pet that I have. And lastly they gave me a Senior citizens discount which is very helpful. Thank you all so much for being so caring it means the world to me as my dog does
