Had to rush my Bernese mountain dog Bear here at 3am. They got me in super quick and determined that my 9 year old boy was already actively dying. They did not try to sell me anything unnecessary and just made him comfy to pass on his own. They gave me plenty of time to be alone with him after he was gone and I felt so loved and heard about my sadness for losing my boy so suddenly. I did not feel rushed or anything to leave his side. I then received his ashes in a beautiful urn and his paw print with his name. Nothing but impressed with this whole crappy situation ❤️ we even received a handwritten card with their condolences. Nothing but respect for these wonderful people in our sudden time of loss.

Thank you all for helping my four legged friend. We are forever grateful to Dr. Z and his assistants for helping my dog, Beans, feel better. The front desk worker, Grace, was so compassionate and kind too.

I had to bring my Service Dog here back in June as she was unable to work due to persistent vomiting (some of which had blood in it!), lethargy, and had stopped eating for days. My dog not being able to work is dangerous for my health–she is my lifeline and I need the absolute best care for her to feel her greatest! After going to a couple different clinics where I felt we were a bit brushed off, I decided to take her to Boulder Emergency Pet Clinic. We had to wait a bit after being triaged, understandably so, as they were dealing with a more emergent case, but the entire staff (receptionist, techs, and Dr) were so incredibly kind and apologetic! When we were finally seen, the doctor's focus was completely on us and I felt heard as I told her my dog's symptoms and my worries about her not being able to work. She came up with a plan and a few back up plans too before doing a blood test and ultrasound, all which thankfully came back normal. Though my dog's case was a bit of a medical mystery (as told to us by the other clinics) we received some fluids and were sent home with some prescribed food and meds to try while I monitored her as a plan B. Thankfully this worked! My dog was feeling well enough to return to her service work a week later. By helping my service dog's life and health, BEPC directly helped my own life and health and I could not be more thankful! Please do not hesitate to bring your pets here! You will be heard and taken care of! Thanks BEPC!

The team here was really great today. As far as emergency pet services go, I think it was very well priced. The vet tech Jen was incredibly kind to my nervous dog, even sitting on the floor to make her more comfortable, and the Dr. was incredibly rational and kind as well. Would absolutely go back if I needed anything again and the calm music in the room really did help!! Just saw the review from yesterday that gave it 1-star and if I had seen that I wouldn’t have gone, but they were GREAT!! I saw no issue. Also a full women team 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

What an exceptional care team! My pup had a broken duclaw and needed to be seen on a Sunday which already felt like a tall order, but after they took care of us I couldn't be more grateful that we chose the Emergency Pet Clinic of Longmont. We were checked in on as we waited so even with a full schedule the veterinarian made us feel like our case was important. They were so kind and patient with my dog and definitely saved the day, I couldn't recommend this practice highly enough and EPCL will be the first place I reach out to in the future in the event of another emergency.
