I take my Golden here to be groomed by Val. Val and Jackson are wonderful and welcoming! Charlie always looks great. Dr. Flores is a colleague that I respect very much; she's a wonderful veterinarian!

Dr. Flores and staff are amazing, knowledgeable, and kind in their care for pets. Jaxson at the front is friendly and on top of it and Val's grooming is immaculate. Thank you for all you guys do for our community, you guys are appreciated!

i found the front desk staff and lab tech unhelpful. dr. kramer seemed nervous and kept trying to sell me on things without providing sufficient rationale. they also had trouble drawing my cat's blood and trimming his claws and recommended putting him on gabapentin for the procedures. my cat always gets his claws trimmed at the vet annually and has had routine bloodwork done in the past without having to go on nerve pain medication.

I have been going to this vet for roughly four years. Unfortunately, we stopped taking our pets here after taking our cat in twice for tapeworm treatment. When they first informed us he had evidence of tapeworms, I was given no new medicine and therefore lead to believe his topical flea treatment recently prescribed by them was effective. Then weeks later, I called when the infection hadn’t resolved and was told that the topical medicine doesn’t treat tapeworms. The vet then gave us an oral medicine, and a month later his tapeworms were back. I called and got another round of the same medicine. This time I investigated the drug more since I was confused why the worms came back. I discovered that the medicine I’d been given twice clearly states on the package it only treats the tapeworm that comes from raw pork and not the flea tapeworm that my cat had. At this point we changed vets as it had been 2.5 months and nothing was resolving. We’ve had good experiences with this vet in the past, but this whole process was so frustrating. The new vet resolved the issue in one day. We understand that mistakes happen, but it was so many (including losing a stool sample and then claiming I never gave it to them) and caused us a lot of stress and discomfort in our cat.
