Dr. Jaar and her technicians were so helpful, patient and just a joy to deal with! Our pet's care is our top priority so going to EasyVet really puts us at ease that we'll get the best care for them for years to come! I definitely recommend bringing them here!

Yes they are fine for check-ups but they are largely incompetent across the board and they really don't care about you and your pet. They really only care about their bottom line. You should know upfront this is Franchise business so if your like shopping for medical care at the McDonalds of Veterinary clinics then be my guest. Then again what should I have expected... Details below. We've taken our dor Luna here several times over the last year. It started with a UTI to which they didn't prescribe a very strong or rigourous course of antibiotics to get rid of it even though they did a Urinalysis (Which is $80 btw). Long story time - this goes on and they didn't get rid of her UTI and she had issues with the UTI coming back and being much worse this time she had BLOOD in her urine. So we bring her back after she had another seizure and vomit with blood and also more blood in her pee. This time they finally decide to cover all there bases and prescribe basically the same antibiotics (slightly stronger) for a longer course this time to take care of the UTI. So we run $800 worth of tests and xrays $250 of which was for blood work, fecal, and urinalysis which we should of done the first time and they determine it's another bad UTI even though we suspect it never went away from the first time. So after all the testing and the antibiotics run there course we get a call from the vet that says everything looks good, bring in another urine sample and her fecal sample and it will be covered by what you paid last time we just want to make sure everything is clear and gone. Fast forward to today and Holly at the front desk who is a very misinformed/disgruntled employee tries telling my wife we have to pay another $80 for a new urinalysis. Well that's not what the Vet said so why are you trying to charge again when we paid $250 for a full round last time. So then Holly proceeds to tell me on the phone that she is sorry the vet said that on the phone and sometimes they don't know what there talking about and because it's a "new" urinalysis we need to pay again. She also said it needed to be within 2 hours of when she peed but last time on the phone they said as long as it's within 24 hours and it's been refrigerated it's fine. So apparently Holly is the only one working there who knows what she is talking about and the person with an advanced 8 year degree in veterinary medicine has no idea what she's talking about whens it comes to finances/billing which is what Holly said word for word. SUMMARY: They didn't run all the tests they should have the first time, didn't prescribe antibiotics strong enough and for long enough to get rid of the UTI. They charged us twice for a urinalysis even after several visits and well over $1000 spent there. They've said Luna needs to lose weight & listed her over weight twice whenever she's 88 lbs... which is a normal weight for a female bernese mountain dog. What kind of lazy vet clinic can't take their own fecal and urinary samples? Why do I have to do you job for you? Lastly, why is that the vet and other people say one thing and front office is allowed to do another. I would highly suggest you find a different clinic. Ignore the 5-star reviews... most businesses call people and ask them to change there review for compensation/reimbursement anyways. I however, don't care and I'd rather you keep my money and everyone know the truth. These people don't know what the heck there doing and it shows. Update: The business responded with outrageous claims of insurance fraud and made-up I was difficult from the get go which isn't true. I was never difficult and only complained about their inadequacy when they tried to nickel and dime me for the last time. They never offered to speak to a manager/owner or resolve it. Notice they said "our doctor" as in we bought this franchise business and hired somebody else to provide care. There reply is red flag enough so please avoid, they don't deny anything I said other than that they don't compensate for reviews!
