Sadly this place doesn't follow protocol. And believe somebody that comes in and giving up some else's dogs. (Never even scanned Ember )And then has give barely an info to give the real owners (me) info. Even after show them proof Emebe was mine, they just gave up someone $7,000 dollar dog. My little Ember was chip but because they knew the person for some years they took my dog on Dec 20th and gave her to an rescue to just disappeared. Mind you they where closed for the whole week due to Christmas and new years so I couldny even save my Ember before they lost his. By the Dec 26 they could not locate her didn't know who they even gave her to took over a week to find that out and it was not by them . It was my chip company infoed me that the big dog ranch scanned her but never contacted us because they stayed we gave her up. But it was not even the real owners that gave her up. The lady Cecelia paterson (not owner) was mad I wouldn't give her our male Frenchie (Embers breeding / life partner where together since they were six months old) to her so after one over aggressive dogs attacked our sweet Ember and hurt her this evil woman gave our baby up to this animal hospital. But instead of contacting the real owners they didn't even scan they her, told us this " why would I scan her I've known the woman for 15 years" pretty much stating that NO they didn't follow protocol and they didn't do their job right. Give but our family member. They say that they don't want to be any part of it and they're the reason why our little Ember is missing. If they would have just scanned her like they were supposed to and called us to verify with us we wouldn't be in this situation. Also they Cecilia actually came in and said we dropped off our dogs with her when it was only because we got relocated from the hurricane Milton . We lost our house and I had a baby as the sma time. The evil woman never even informed me that her dogs attacked Emebe . This is literally what this animal hospital told me. And they honestly believed her. Cecilia was supposed to be a family friend almost like a grandma to my kids but just because she couldn't have what she wanted she got rid of our baby. And this animal hospital went along with it. This place also refused to give the medical records of our dog even though we have proof that she's ours because apparently Cecilia's dog did a lot of damage to her apparently she stated she had mange which was not true because she never was even tested. Again the animal hospital stated they looked at her and guessed. They did not perform any testing or scanning like they were supposed to. Also to note Ember was apparently almost bald but she was not like that when I handed her to the woman to watch while I was having surgery and relocated. We were supposed to get our babies back January 13th or sooner so she gave her up but not my male they one she wanted had to get cops involved to get him and then her boyfriend got physical with me.

Never seen this before, first visit dogs were scared on the way in, the change took place before they left, dogs wanted to stay at end of visit, now when I ask do you want to go see Dr. Bowers they are at door rushing me to go visit with the staff. The dogs themselves make a powerful statement. Thank you Eastside staff for treating my children as they are your children. Can't go wrong with a staff and Dr that cares as much as parents do.

This office has went beyond the call of duty in the past for our family pooches, but this time was over and above. I was so thankful to see the familiar faces and to hear those familiar voices on the other end of the phone. Thank you for your caring hearts, Adrienne and Noreen. Rex is feeling 100% better and would not be here without your help!
