Came for my rabbit. She passed away suddenly and they were extremely kind holding her for me and even helping me with planning cremation. They worked with me in a way many others won't. I highly recommend them not just because of that. I can tell it's a great business and I will bring my dogs in one day to get them set up with routine care. I truly appreciate all the help more then you can imagine 🙏

First time here and impression was really awesome! Took our cat in for nails to trim and look at a sore near her ear. Great staff at front desk, tech Christina was great! Explained each meds needed, the diagnosis etc..And even the doctor stopped by to ask how my day was going. Where else do you get wonderful service. Bring your pet here- highly recommended A+++++

Stephanie was out cat's Vet Tech and she did a fabulous job! He felt comfortable with being in the office with her. He also enjoyed the Veterinarian. They did a wonderful job taking care of his health concerns.

East Valley Urgent Care is amazing! They have a clean, professional and caring facility. I’ve had two pets to have care there and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jessica was so gentle and loving towards my overly anxious dog. The doctor was kind and knowledgeable. Samantha at the front desk was very courtesy and calming in a stressful situation. I recommend this clinic if you ever need urgent care.

As a first time pet urgent care customer, I have to say this was a pleasant encounter. I was impressed with everyone, from the receptionist to the veterinarian and everyone in between. They also had coffee available while you wait. What I liked most was that I was not pressured to make a decision, they let me think about it in the room and notified them when I was ready. I was able to customize the care based on my budget and they worked with me. The veterinarian was awesome. I would 100% recommend this facility.
