East Side Animal Hospital

Having never been a pet owner,I recently adopted my eight month pup "Mama" January 2025! After much scrolling and reading online,I came across Eastside Animal Hospital. Moreover,I found the site to be easy to read and navigate,so I decided to call. The individual who answered and made my appt. was cheerful and easy to converse with. Mama first visit was March 3rd to get one of two shots needed,so I was nervous 😓 for her. Upon my arrival the assistance was indeed gentle and patient with my pup! The lovely young lady at the desk was also engaging and professional. Dr. Natalie was pleasant and very informative as to what was going on throughout the process,in which I greatly appreciated. I have brought 3 of my pets here so far and have only had good experiences. When I brought my senior heart dog in and found out he had an aggressive oral tumor, they were so kind and supportive. They sent sympathy card and even made a donation to Tuft’s University’s vet school in my sweet boy’s honor. They also put up with my grumpy 18 year old cat just the other day! The team here are wonderful, practice great medicine, and truly care about you and your pets.

We recently visited Eastside Animal Hospital for the first time and saw Dr. Natalie after a recommendation from my brother, who has taken his dogs to see her for years. I have seen many vets in my life, and Dr. Natalie is absolutely the most warm and personable vet I’ve ever met. She was incredibly sweet to my dog, Hollie, and her staff was just as welcoming. We were seen quickly, and the office is both cute and clean. Dr. Natalie took her time with us, making sure all of our concerns were addressed. I’m so glad we found her at her new office and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and attentive vet!

I cannot recommend East Side Veterinary Clinic highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and appreciated. They even had my dog's name on a welcome board outside and branded on a chalkboard in the exam room—what a special touch! The doctor and the staff genuinely care about my pets, taking the time to address all my concerns and providing tailored advice. The clinic is always clean and inviting, making visits enjoyable for my dogs. What truly sets them apart is their commitment to follow-up care. They have called and texted several times just to check in on my dogs, which shows how dedicated they are to our pets’ well-being. Dr. McShane and her team were amazing from beginning to end! Gorgeous and clean new space. Did a great job calming down my nervous dog. Very quick and efficient! Great addition to the Oakhurst neighborhood! We will definitely be back to see Dr. McShane!
