Very happy with the service the vets were amazing. But the lady that answered the phone Should not be answering the phone. She's not friendly at all. She made me feel like I was bothering her but beside that the other workers were amazing they did a good job with my dog

East Coast NJ Spay Clinic services were provided with great care and professionalism for the cats, whether pets or feral. Mine were all ferals and they gave them great care. They also had dogs that were given great care, from my observations. This clinic is a much needed service as the feral cat population is overwhelming. They are extremely knowledgeable about the feral life of a cat. A feral can be brought in without appointment, which is very beneficial, as a trapper never knows when, or if, a cat will go in the trap. Thank you for being there. I'm sure theirs is not an easy job.

We just had our male kitten neutered ($95) and our female kitten spayed ($105) at the clinic. Everything was VERY well done from scheduling to drop-off to pick-up. It’s a VERY busy place, yet the receptionist was pleasant, patient, and helpful each time. Despite the heavy traffic of cats and dogs, the facility smelled clean. Both of our animals came back to us healthy. The animal patients stay overnight for good recovery. The prices include rabies vaccination. Two “ambassador” cats greet you each time. ;) East Coast was recommended by two other friends. We give East Coast five stars too.

They're efficient, trustworthy, and reasonable. I have a 5lb Biewer/ Yorkie and had anxiety about him being sedated but, they do this ALL day, EVERYDAY and I felt somewhat relaxed. My Kaiser bounced back immediately after his neuter. Thank you staff and doctors.

I dont know if any manager read here overthere but this place has a horrible secretary. Sarah is so mean to customers. You cant even ask a question to her she is just yelling at you. If your employee have an ager issues please do something becouse this place has wonderful vets but Sarah ruin this place terrible. I cant even believe how she still works there. You can see other negative comments about her too she is such a mean person.
