Online presence, including social media platforms, could be used to share pet health tips, clinic news, and updates, fostering a sense of community. Participating in local events or partnering with animal shelters could also be part of their outreach efforts. The positive word-of-mouth generated by satisfied clients, like those who praised the recovery of their spayed dog or the compassionate handling of a "hot mess" cat (if applicable to this specific hospital), is often the most powerful form of promotion, building trust and encouraging new clients to seek their services. Feb 08, 2025 · Valeria Gene KingDr Miller is great but the receptionist leaves something to be desired if you call and leave a message be prepared for excuses and no sympathy I was told to go to another vet because there were no appointments available for an urgent question about my baby. Would have been great with an I will have dr miller call you
Apr 28, 2025 · Tina StormWe have had an outstanding experience with Dr. Miller and his staff during the time our precious dog Heather had her final month of life. When we first met Dr. Miller he was able to see her as soon as he was able to and give us an accurate diagnosis and delivered the news in a professional and compassionate manner due to the severity and sensitivity of the situation. Their facility is clean and well maintained and is a very comfortable environment. We highly recommend this vet for their exceptional service and expertise. We have to drive an hour and thirty minutes to see him and we will be returning as our new regular family vet which is worth it! Five stars without a doubt!
Feb 06, 2024 · Maria BlairDr. Miller and his staff are all friendly, fun and caring, they just seem to love what they do! They do their absolute best to make our puppy feel comfortable every time we come in. As for the service, I never feel like I'm waiting around for too long and I'm never shocked by the bill, so that's a positive for me. I'm glad the rescue that I adopted my pup from recommended Dr. Miller and look forward to having him as our family vet.

Despite being a pet that many people think of as disposable, they treated him with such kindness and caring. They really worked hard to try and help him in any way they could and you could feel the care and compassion from every single member of the staff. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend Durham Animal Hospital to anyone. They are amazing folks!
