I rushed in to have my dog seen about due to an injury. From the tine we set foot in the exam room the lack of concern or care received by Dr. Mayberry and the 2 technicians. They gave me a prescription and told me to limit his activity for 10 days. During that 10 day period I never heard from anyone. After the 10 days I called back left a message (front phone staff) 🤪 if you can get anyone on the phone. Always the voice mail. So then they said to continue another 10 day limited activity. I called back, left a message, send a text, trying to find out what should be the next course of action. Finally Dr Mayberry called me two times in the same day. I work so I was not able to take the call. I called, left a message and sent a text. That was 3 weeks ago and to date I have not heard from anyone. Maybe you lose the quality of care when you have to many patients. It's ok we won't be back. Sad because we had just moved to the area. I would drive an hour not to be treated that way.

Such an amazing place! Dr. Pinsky provided excellent care for my senior dogs. After recently moving out of state, I've realized the care here just isn’t the same, which reminded me to leave a well-deserved review for their outstanding services.

Over the years I have been to many vet clinics over numerous states and this is so far the best one I have been too in Georgia. They are always accommodating when you need to get in and good with following back with you when they say they will or if you call them. I do not have the words for the gratitude I have for great vets and office staff who you feel like care about my dogs since they are like my children. Keep up the good work!

I rarely write many reviews but I have to RAVE about this place! My poor boy has always been terrified of vets and I’ve struggled to find him one that he doesn’t stress him out as much. However, I am SO GLAD I found this place because (while he was still a little nervous) he was more at ease here than he has ever been at any other vet! The staff (specifically the vet tech and Dr Kelly) did amazing at helping make the visit as stress free as possible for both him and me and I appreciate that more than you could imagine. Me and Toby appreciate yall and will definitely be coming back here for all of our veterinary needs!

This place seems very caring. Walking to get lunch and noticed this hawk standing on the sidewalk. He seemed stunned and didn’t move by the time I was walking back home. Called the closest vets office just to see if they had a number for a local bird rescue. They came out right away and took the little guy back to their office without fuss. Definitely will use them in the near future when we get a dog.
