Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!! . I rescued my kitty about 1.5 weeks prior. She stopped eating, drinking and moving around. She seemed almost completely unresponsive and that night I didn't think she'd make it through the night. . I felt like the worst human ever. I had called a few vets who told me to take her into a emergency clinic, to which I simply didn't have the money. I called up Draper Animal hospital who got me in there that day for an appointment. The staff and the Doctor were super polite and kind, they did an inspection on her, and gave her some antibiotic shots. I was hopeful. The bill didn't sting nearly as bad as I thought it would be either. . Few days later she's back to her playful, affectionate self. The doctor even mentioned it would take about 12 hours for the antibiotic to kick in and that's when I noticed her moving around again. . Thanks again!!

We’ve been taking Oscar to Dr Chapman for 10 + years and have loved their compassion and service. The staff ( including Michelle) could not be kinder or more friendly, and the office is always well run and clean. This is a wonderful business… go with confidence. Brad Stevenson

Receptionist who answered was extremely rude and condescending. Started laughing at me and said they wouldn’t see my dog because they can’t vaccinate my dog annually (money grab). My dog is up to date on vaccines but I won’t do annual vaccines due to my dog having had a negative adverse reaction from the last vaccine. The lady was rude, uneducated and a terrible representation of a kind and welcoming business. I’ll never take my pets here.

AVOID THIS PLACE!! I tried to make an appointment to have my Frenchie's nails trimmed and ended up getting scammed into paying $750 worth of unnecessary tests and re-vaccinating. (I had records from them getting shots just months before.) They left me in the exam room while they took my dogs in the back for an hour and a half. They didn't tell me how much everything was going to cost, just surprised me at the end. Then, days later they tried to tell me he had Giardia and needed more medication despite him having no symptoms whatsoever. I took him to a different vet who verified there was nothing wrong. I am so disappointed with Dr Chapman and the office he's running there. Get your dog into someone that isn't just looking to take your money, this place is AWFUL.

We are genuinely saddened to have to leave this practice due to their undisclosed appearance fees. The people at this practice are great, but after the unapologetic surprise fees, we will be taking our business elsewhere. While we have enjoyed Dr. Chapman and his services, the hidden fees and unfair service pricing has driven us to a different vet with more fair and upfront pricing.
