Well where do I begin!! We have trusted Dr Dale with our fur babies for aleast 15 years!! Everything absolutely changed when the new building was built!! All of a sudden the prices skyrocketed, they won't answer the phone, u can't get in for 2 weeks ot more!! When I look back he was awesome with our Chihuahua baby when he had congestive heart failure, but now I look back and think!! From the time he was diagnosed and put on meds he didn't last maybe 4 or 5 months!! That's looking back now!! Since we cldnt ever get in on Ramsey st we started going 2 spring lake!! Oh my god we loved Dr Jenny!! So she started seeing our other babies!! We just needed something 2 calm one fur baby ,Tom, down a little!! So she started him on Trazodone!! 50 mm and when that didn't do anything she just said double it!! Big mistake on my part, I soooo wish I had done my research b4 on these meds!! They turned my dog from being his usual goof ball, sweet boy to something who wasn't him!! He was on 250 mg of this stuff a day!! Untold aggressive b4 like never b4!! He wld b asleep and wake up, didn't kno where he was or who we were and attack us or anything n his way!! It turned really bad and animal control came and I gave up on my boy!!! They put him 2 sleep not even a day later!! I have soooo many regrets!!! All of a sudden Dr. Jenny retires and we can't get any answers from her!! So we turned to Dr Dale for answers!! No accountability, just he wishes he cld bring him back!! But u cant!! I have even found complaints against his license as well as Dr Jenny!! Doing surgeries on a dog that was transported 2 another office without telling the owner anything among otheres!! Bottom line, do not take ur babies there!! Find a safer place with people who actually care and are not just looking for a dollar!!! Owner BEWARE!!!

As a Pet Hospital, Dr. Dale Brown Veterinary Care positions itself as a primary point of contact for pet owners seeking medical attention, preventative care, and related services for their animals. This category typically encompasses facilities equipped to handle various health needs, from routine check-ups and vaccinations to more complex diagnostics and treatments.

Based on available information, understanding the environment and services offered by Dr. Dale Brown Veterinary Care requires a careful consideration of customer feedback. One review mentions a significant change in the clinic's operations and pricing after a new building was constructed. This customer expresses concerns about increased costs, difficulty in contacting the clinic via phone, and longer wait times for appointments. The review also includes a deeply personal and negative experience regarding the treatment and medication of their dogs, leading to severe behavioral changes and ultimately, the loss of one pet. This individual strongly advises against taking pets to this clinic and suggests finding alternative care.

On the other hand, another customer shares a positive experience with Dr. Dale Brown. This review highlights Dr. Brown's gentle and welcoming demeanor during an ultrasound examination of their pregnant Pomeranian. The customer appreciated the efficiency of the visit and the scheduling of a follow-up X-ray. This positive feedback suggests that some pet owners have had satisfactory experiences with Dr. Brown and the services provided, at least in certain aspects of care.

Considering these contrasting experiences, it is crucial for local users to weigh the information carefully. The negative review raises serious concerns about potential issues with pricing transparency, appointment availability, communication, medication management, and overall accountability. The mention of complaints against the licenses of Dr. Dale Brown and another veterinarian associated with the practice, Dr. Jenny, regarding surgical procedures and communication, further underscores the need for caution and thorough research.

Conversely, the positive review indicates that Dr. Brown is capable of providing compassionate and efficient care in certain situations, such as diagnostic procedures like ultrasounds. The welcoming attitude and the seamless scheduling of follow-up appointments are also positive aspects highlighted in this feedback.

Given the conflicting nature of the available reviews, it is challenging to provide a definitive and universally positive introduction to Dr. Dale Brown Veterinary Care. Objectively, the information suggests a facility that has potentially undergone changes affecting service quality and pricing. While some customers have reported positive interactions and satisfactory care, others have shared deeply troubling experiences that raise significant concerns about patient safety and ethical practices.

For local users in Fayetteville, NC, considering Dr. Dale Brown Veterinary Care as a potential Pet Hospital for their animals, it is strongly recommended to conduct further due diligence. This could include:

1. Seeking recent reviews and testimonials: Look for more current feedback from pet owners to understand the present state of the clinic's services and customer satisfaction.

2. Inquiring about pricing and appointment availability: Contact the clinic directly to get up-to-date information on consultation fees, service charges, and the typical wait times for appointments.

3. Discussing treatment plans and medication protocols: If considering Dr. Dale Brown Veterinary Care for your pet's medical needs, ensure clear and thorough communication regarding diagnoses, treatment options, potential risks, and medication dosages. Don't hesitate to ask questions and seek clarification on any aspect of your pet's care.

4. Checking for licensing and any disciplinary actions: Public records regarding veterinary licenses and any associated complaints or disciplinary actions may be available through the relevant state veterinary medical board.

5. Considering alternative veterinary options: Explore other Pet Hospitals and veterinary clinics in the Fayetteville area to compare services, reputations, and pricing.

In conclusion, Dr. Dale Brown Veterinary Care, operating as a Pet Hospital at 2921 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC, has received mixed feedback from its customers. While one review praises Dr. Brown's gentleness and efficiency, another recounts a deeply negative experience with significant concerns about the quality of care and ethical practices. Local users are advised to approach this Pet Hospital with caution, conduct thorough research, and consider all available options before entrusting their pets' health to this facility. A balanced perspective, considering both positive and negative feedback alongside independent verification, is essential for making an informed decision about your pet's veterinary care.

Dr Dale Brown was amazing helping with my girl Prada. He did an Ultrasound on my Blue Merle Pomeranian, and was just as happy I was to see she has puppies! He was very gentle and welcoming, and made sure our visit was a in and out. He got me scheduled for a Xray to check on the pups at a later time, and made our first visit at RiverBark the best!

I would recommend this clinic to anyone! Dr. Dale Brown was amazing! He did a P/U on my cat. He called and updated me immediately after surgery and answered all of my questions when picking up. Not only was my experience nearly perfect, the prices are unbeatable!

I was well pleased with my visit to the Riverbark Veterinary Hospital. The staff are friendly and professional. I met Dr. Dale Brown and was very pleased with his attention towards my dog Sofia, and took his time to examine her thoroughly. He explained in details what I needed to know about my furry girl who has a skin problem. I recommend Riverbark Vet Hospital.
