I went there for the first time yesterday for my pet snake. First off they were one of the only vets around me among many that do reptiles that was a huge plus for me. But the moment I walked in (for being a pet environment) it smelled amazing inside. The entire staff were smiling and chatting with customers. Just a very friendly scene. Being that my snake is a goof ball he climbed on top of my head and it really got some laughs out of the staff. And the the Dr. was extremely knowledgeable on snakes having a few himself..... amazing experience for me and I thing Monty my Python enjoyed it as well.

I called to get some advice/help with my chameleon that is having issues and they stated that they would not give me any information to help since I wasn’t a customer already. Super rude and ignorant.
