I have always had a good experience when I visit the clinic. The girls are truly animal lovers and always give my dogs a warm welcome😊 I have never been pressured to do more than I came for (costing more). When an xtra service is offered they give honest answers they dont try to scare you into spending what you cant afford. I have ALWAYS had a good experience at the Bob Ireland Veterinary Service with both of my dogs.

Just moved to the area and needed to find a vet for our senior dog, Toby. Glad we chose this vet! Office was clean and the staff was so nice from beginning to end! Our vet tech, Kimberly, was awesome! Really appreciated the time she took to explain what we should expect as our dog gets older! Thanks to everyone!

Outstanding customer service and were able to get me an appointment last minute the next day as well 💪. Still can’t believe that Dr. Irelan has passed 😔😔😔 he has always explained everything to me in detail what was going on with my dogs the reason I state dogs is because they have always taken good care of all my animals and always will be. Not sure what the new Vets name is but he definitely seems like a decent person himself. Thank you once again and shout out to Michelle for being able to ship out my 🐶 chewable tablet that i never did receive in person on my appointment day 😉

We began using Dr. Bob Irelan's Veterinary Services in 2019 when we moved to Lakeland with our then 12-year-old cat. It was always a good experience but when "Possum" reached what would be her final days in February 2025, that is when we really appreciated the professionalism and caring of the staff at the clinic. The veterinarians and techs there took extra time to talk us through the coming days and to provide information on at-home pet hospice & euthanization services in the area. As a result, we were able to make the most of our last moments with our cat, knowing that she was comfortable as she reached the Rainbow Bridge. We want to thank all of the staff at Dr. Bob Irelan's Veterinary Service for their kindness and compassion.
