I made an appointment for our two senior doggos and was in and out of the office within 30 minutes. The administrative staff and veterinary assistants were super sweet and welcoming upon our arrival and throughout the duration of our visit. Dr. Horton took his time examining our dogs and explaining details regarding their conditions. He helped us understand everything we can do in the present and future to help improve their quality of life. His kindness was much appreciated. We highly recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone in Montgomery County and surrounding areas!

Clients frequently praise the clinic's administrative staff and veterinary assistants for being "super sweet and welcoming upon our arrival and throughout the duration of our visit." This initial impression of warmth and friendliness immediately sets a comforting tone for both pets and their owners. The clinic's efficiency is also a notable aspect of its environment; one reviewer highlighted being "in and out of the office within 30 minutes" for two senior dogs, indicating a streamlined process that respects clients' time while maintaining thoroughness. This balance of efficiency with a caring approach contributes significantly to a positive overall experience. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the clinic, specifically mentioned by a client, underscores a commitment to maintaining a hygienic and safe space for animals receiving care. For injured or nervous pets, a calm and clean environment, combined with patient handling by staff, as exemplified by Dr. Horton's calm and careful handling of an injured dog, greatly reduces stress and facilitates better care.

As a comprehensive **Pet Hospital**, Dominion Veterinary Clinic offers a robust suite of **services** designed to meet the diverse healthcare needs of pets. These services span across various aspects of veterinary medicine, starting with general wellness and preventative care. This includes routine physical examinations, tailored vaccination programs to protect against common diseases, and effective parasite control solutions. The clinic is equipped to handle a wide range of medical conditions, offering diagnostic services such such as laboratory testing (blood work, urinalysis) to accurately assess health and pinpoint issues. One of the clinic's strengths lies in its commitment to improving the quality of life for pets, particularly senior animals, as noted by a client whose "two senior doggos" received thorough examination and detailed explanations. This suggests a focus on geriatric care, pain management, and chronic disease management. This educational component is vital for long-term health management. The efficiency of the clinic, allowing clients to be "in and out... within 30 minutes," is another highly valued feature, indicating a well-managed practice that respects clients' time without compromising on the quality of care. The "super sweet and welcoming" administrative and veterinary assistant staff also contribute significantly to the positive client experience, fostering a supportive and friendly atmosphere that makes visits less stressful. Our miniature dachshund,Gilly, ended up hurting her back on a Sunday. I called Dominion Vet's emergency number and Dr. Horton called me back right away and was able to see Gilly ASAP. I was thoroughly impressed with how clean the facility was, how caring Dr. Horton was (his bedside manner with Gilly was excellent). It also meant a lot to me that he took his time and explained her medical diagnosis to us thoroughly, and he answered every single one of our million questions that we had, lol. The prices were very fair, especially considering that Gilly's situation was an emergency. He never made us feel rushed, he helped to calm us down (because we were totally freaking out) and I could tell he really has such a big heart for our fur babies! Thankfully our Gilly will be okay with lots of rest, and by taking her medications prescribed by Dr. Horton. I'm just so thankful for Dominion Vet for being there for her when she needed someone the most. I highly recommend this vet!

We love the staff at Dominion Veterinary Clinic!! They were able to get my dog in on super short notice. Once we were there, my dog received expert care, a quick diagnosis, and we were off to get some rest and relaxation (something hard for a farm dog who loves running rabbits to do!!). I was impressed with the facility, ease of care, discussion with Dr. Horton, and the rest of the staff!!
