Hey everyone! Just had an amazing experience at Doc·Side Veterinary Medical Center! 🐾 I took my two kitties there, and I can’t say enough good things about the vet and the staff. They answered all my questions with care and provided all the needed info. I’m definitely going back to Dr. Vaughan and the awesome team! Highly recommend them! 🌟

PLEASE READ! I went to Doc veterinary hospital in trust that my Bella would be taken care of. The first appointment was scheduled with Emma Vaughn where she confirmed pregnancy and the number of puppies. After the initial exam I explained my concerns of the amount of puppies being excessive and wanting to schedule a c-section. I was skeptical because I am in vetinary school and Doc Veterinary did not show the correct steps or protocol as a licensed vet should. She let me know that it wasn’t necessary and my dog would be fine to deliver and not to worry. Not only 10 days later I had to rush my dog to the emergency hospital and pay $3900 to save my dog and her puppies. So sadly, 2 passed due to Emma Vaughn mislap of simple veterinary medicine 101. I got a bigger slap in the face when I called Emma Vaughn back from Doc Vet on Bank Street annd she wanted to charge me $450 deposit and another $500 for 3 puppies shots!!! Something needs to be done about this Vet hospital Doc Vet on Bank Street!! Please don’t think this place is good, they will reel you in, then snag and clean your pockets! I will be outside of this crap hole protesting for new clients not to be sucked in and robbed of their hard earned money… but most importantly their beloved pet be overshadowed and overlooked and not get the health care they deserve even after you pay times 100!

An incredible vet office! Out of town from NYC and needed a place to take my Great Pyrenees while in Baltimore. Easy enough to walk to from many area of town and the service was A+ The place was clean. The flow of traffic was so well designed (you enter and exit separate sides of office to avoid puppy interactions if that is of concern) and it felt more like a calming chiropractor office for humans than dogs. Staff was all very friendly across the board. I wish this were my regular vet!

I have been taking my pets here for years. Everyone I’ve encountered has been so kind and knowledgeable. My pets typically see Dr. Caughlin, but it honestly doesn’t matter, because i trust all their vets to give me clear information about my pets. They genuinely remember all my animals and always have a game plan coming into the appointments to make them as quick and painless as possible. Thank you Doc Side! I recommend you to anyone I know who has pets because of all my great experiences

Cannoli and I had an amazing experience for our first visit! Our Doctor went above and beyond to ensure Cannoli was comfortable and healthy. After being seen for 8 months by another hospital for his ongoing unexplained condition, it was refreshing to have someone actually listen to us and do everything in their power to get to the bottom of the illness. We look forward to working with Dr. Herling for future needs. Front desk and nurses were also very helpful and amazing.
