This place does not know how to treat there employees. I remember going in and this old guy yelling at a young girl acting like it was okay. I then heard 30 minutes later the same guy yelling probably at another girl. The place seems like it’s ran by a terrible business owner and i wouldn’t recommend them. Not to mention my dog didn’t eat for 3 days when they said he should eat no problem.👎👎👎

Welcome to Dighton Rehoboth Animal Hospital, Inc

Dighton Rehoboth Animal Hospital, Inc., located at 2424 Winthrop St in North Dighton, MA, is listed as a local Pet Hospital providing veterinary services. For pet owners in the Dighton and Rehoboth areas seeking veterinary care, it is crucial to consider all available information when choosing a healthcare provider for their beloved animals. This introduction aims to provide an objective summary of Dighton Rehoboth Animal Hospital, Inc., based on the limited number of customer reviews currently available online.

Based on the few reviews provided, there are significant concerns raised regarding the internal environment and certain policies of Dighton Rehoboth Animal Hospital, Inc. One reviewer focused on the treatment of employees, describing an incident where an "old guy" was allegedly heard yelling at a young female staff member on two separate occasions within a short period. This reviewer expressed a negative overall impression of the business owner and stated they would not recommend the hospital. Additionally, this reviewer mentioned a personal experience where their dog reportedly did not eat for three days following a visit, contrary to the hospital's expectations.

Another review, from a customer whose family reportedly had a long history with Dr. Bruzzi spanning generations, expressed feelings of hurt, anger, and insult due to a recent experience. This reviewer stated that they had not brought their dog in for a visit since 2001 due to a divorce. Upon calling to schedule a new appointment, they were allegedly told that the hospital would not see their dog because they "only see dogs that come once a year." The reviewer acknowledged potential understaffing issues but questioned the policy, especially considering that the hospital had their dog's records since birth.

The limited information available makes it difficult to ascertain specific details about the general environment of the Pet Hospital concerning cleanliness, comfort for animals, or the overall atmosphere for clients. However, the reported incident of a staff member being yelled at in front of clients suggests a potentially unprofessional or stressful work environment, which could indirectly impact the overall client experience.

Similarly, a comprehensive list of services offered by Dighton Rehoboth Animal Hospital, Inc., cannot be definitively compiled based on these reviews alone. The mention of Dr. Bruzzi having been a vet to the reviewer's dogs, including "at the end of life," and even assisting a horse in an emergency years ago, suggests a history of providing a range of veterinary services. However, the recent policy regarding annual visits raises questions about the accessibility of these services for returning clients who may have had a lapse in yearly appointments.

The standout feature mentioned in one review is the long-standing relationship with Dr. Bruzzi, described as spanning generations. This suggests a history of trust and reliance on this particular veterinarian within the community. The anecdote about Dr. Bruzzi attending to a horse at short notice also points to a potential willingness to handle diverse animal care needs and possibly emergency situations, at least in the past. However, the recent experience of the long-time client indicates a potential shift in policy or availability.

No specific promotional information, discounts, or special offers are mentioned in the provided reviews. Therefore, it is not possible to comment on any current incentives or benefits offered by Dighton Rehoboth Animal Hospital, Inc.

In conclusion, the limited customer feedback available for Dighton Rehoboth Animal Hospital, Inc., raises concerns regarding employee treatment and the implementation of a strict annual visit policy that has negatively impacted a long-term client. While there is a mention of a long history with Dr. Bruzzi and past instances of seemingly dedicated care, the recent experiences reported suggest potential issues with customer service and appointment accessibility for returning clients after a period of absence. Potential clients in the North Dighton area are advised to consider these reported experiences and perhaps seek further information directly from the hospital regarding their current policies and practices before making a decision about their pet's veterinary care. Due to the negative nature of the recent feedback, a comprehensive and positive introduction based solely on this information is not possible. It is recommended that pet owners seek additional perspectives and information to form a well-rounded understanding of the hospital's current operations.

Me and my family have been going to Dr. Bruzzi for generations as it says on the website. He has been a vet to all my dogs, even at the end of life, Hell I remember when he came to help a horse at a minutes notice! I am HURT, angry, and insulted. I recently went through a horrible divorce and so I havent brought my dog in since 2001. when I called to make an appointment, they said they would not see him because they only see dogs that come once a year! I know they may be understaffed but really?????? They have my dogs records since he was born

I had taken my cat Oreo to get checked when I needed to use the restroom and got rudely embarrassed and harassed. a guy who works there by the names of buzzy was beside the door when I heard he say something along the lines of “i can hear his hole gaping”… are you serious?? no thanks buzzy.. i don’t think that’s appropriate.

Went in on July 13th for routine checkup. Our girl Cora needless to say does not particularly care for the Vet. She is the sweetest cat in the world, but anytime we have ever had to bring her for a checkup, she turns into a Cat monster. Hissing, spitting, and just ferocious so the team @ DR Animal Hospital recommended that she be put under a light anesthesia for her visit to make it more comfortable for everyone. I think its fair to say that any good pet owner gets worried whenever their animal is unhappy, distressed and would do anything to make their animal not feel that. The team did everything by the books. I've been to other animal hospitals that do a terrible job with the whole empathy thing. When we dropped her off, we left knowing that she is in great hands! The best part is how they handled our visit when time to settle up. We were having an issue with our CareCredit card as we have not used it in a long time and had a new card that we never did activate. After calling Care Credit, they informed us that DR AH could look up our account. With a little hard work from Mackenzie and the rest of the team, we were able to get the problem resolved and use our CareCredit card with 6 months of no interest! I wish I knew any of the other Vet's names, but there were good vibes on every single part of the Visit! Highly recommend and our other buddy Dawson will be by in a few days for his checkup as well!!! Customer for life!! Thanks to DR Animal Hospital and their staff

Dr. Bruzzi came recommended to me by another patient of his. I live 35 minutes away but made the trip. My dog has terminal colon cancer and my previous vet suggested two options- surgery that was incredibly expensive and I couldn't afford it or make my pet comfortable for death. Dr. Bruzzi is easy going but also professional. He was able to do the surgery for 1/2 the cost that I was given by previous vet. He made no false promises on outcome but laid out my different options and let me choose. He debulked the tumor and it extended my dogs life, happily, going on 2 years now. He was originally given months. Though we are nearing the end now, the countless memories given to my family over these 2 years with Cosby because of a talented affordable veterinarian, is priceless. Dr. Bruzzi & his staff are very friendly, honest & reliable. They have great hours, emergency care and they care about your pets. Totally worth the trip. Thank you Dr. Bruzzi!! You're a very special human.
