Love Dr. Pan! I am so confident in her knowledge & appreciate her upfront approach. Her analysis are spot on & the treatments as well. Love her compassion & knowledge of all the different breeds. She takes the time to call & check on our fur children, how they are responding to treatment. Of course I wish the cost was lower & will be looking into Pet insurance right away. Older & living on a fixed income makes it very hard to keep up with Vet expenses. I want to include the great staff also on how very nice, compassionate & accommodating they all are. Thank you ever so much for all your efforts! Charlie thanks you too!

I cannot recommend Dr. Pan and her wonderful team highly enough! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and genuine care. Dr. Pan has an incredible way of making both pets and owners feel comfortable and understood. She takes the time to answer all questions and explain treatments options thoroughly. It's clear that every member of her staff is not only knowledgeable but truly passionate about animal care, going above and beyond to ensure each visit is a positive experience. I trust Dr. Pan and the entire staff completely. I am so grateful to have found such an exceptional Verterinary clinic for my furry family members.

12/14/23 - Took my dog here today. The staff was absolutely amazing from booking the appt to getting checked in to the care and options given to me by the Dr. I never felt rushed, never felt belittled, I felt like I was in control of the whole situation while the staff was there to provide answers and guidance for the treatment options. Dr. Pan was amazing along with the Technician, I think Chris was his name (Sorry if I was wrong), who helped and sat and talked with me while we took care of Buddha. If you have a pet in need of Vet help, call this place first. You don't need anyone else.

We visited Desert View Animal Hospital with our 13 yr. old dog, Sunshine, for her annual exam-checkup. Considering Sunshine's age, appropriate tests were completed and Dr. Pan gave us a complete review of the results and provided helpful and thorough information/choices for future care.

This might sound like I'm exaggerating, but I'm not. Dr. Pan probably saved my baby's life. 3 other vets failed to figure out what was wrong with him (2 years) then we can here and they are the reason he is healthy, properly medicated, and living his best little life. Even when she wasn't able to complete the necessary tests, she got me to someone who could. All the people are wonderful, they remember your pets names and always dote on them! We are moving out of state, and I am devastated to be leaving them behind, I would take them with me if I could. They are super responsive and make room when there is an emergency. They will take care of your pets!!!
