CON: They are extremely overpriced, the same price as emergency care for not much difference in care. The "prescriptions" they gave me were over the counter and they didn't tell me. I sent a text back asking why I was not given the meds with the rest of the meds I received the day before when we had an appointment, the texted back again saying I had something for pick up, so I called. Several times they told me I had meds for my pet. Finally I said they better triple check their records. They came back and apologized that the meds they were contacting me about were indeed for another Pet. This could have been extremely dangerous if I would have not questioned this and picked up the meds and gave to my pet not to mention the meds the pet in need did not receive."
