Our cat we can only assume suffered his last few days before his death. We tried several times to call and make an appointment so we could help him pass quickly without suffering, and every time, the call would just go to voice-mail with a full mailbox so we could never leave a message. Two days after his death while driving by, we couldn't help but notice that the office/clinic was actually open with someone there. Too little too late for us and our needs. The website says, "Our clinic is open evenings and weekends to serve pet owners during the hours that they are likely to need us the most!" How we wished this had been true in our case. I am sure this is a fine vet clinic that has helped many pets for families, and I am sorry that I am leaving what would probably seem as a bad review, but I am doing so in hopes that maybe some changes could be made so people in need of services can actually make contact and don't have to go through what we and our cat did.

It is important for pet owners to consider the experiences of other clients when evaluating a veterinary clinic. Reviews can offer valuable insights into the clinic's operations and the quality of care provided. One recent отзыв shared a deeply concerning experience: "Our cat we can only assume suffered his last few days before his death. The website says, 'Our clinic is open evenings and weekends to serve pet owners during the hours that they are likely to need us the most!' How we wished this had been true in our case. I am sure this is a fine vet clinic that has helped many pets for families, and I am sorry that I am leaving what would probably seem as a bad review, but I am doing so in hopes that maybe some changes could be made so people in need of services can actually make contact and don't have to go through what we and our cat did." This отзыв raises serious concerns about the clinic's accessibility, particularly during critical times, and highlights a significant discrepancy between the advertised availability and the actual experience of at least one pet owner.

Conversely, another customer shared a positive experience: "Very Compassionate Care. Through, explains options in term we can understand. We have 3 dogs and 3 cats. Dr. Shipley has treated my calves as well. Highly recommended." This отзыв praises the compassionate care provided, the clarity of explanations regarding treatment options, and highlights the veterinarian's experience with a variety of animals, including livestock. This suggests that the clinic may be known for its thoroughness and the veterinarian's ability to communicate effectively with pet owners.

Considering these contrasting perspectives, it is advisable for potential clients to take both experiences into account when making decisions about their pet's veterinary care at Dayton Veterinary Clinic, PLLC. The negative review points to potential issues with communication and accessibility, which are critical aspects of veterinary service, especially in urgent situations. The positive review, on the other hand, speaks to the quality of care and the veterinarian's communication skills.

with great gentleness and deep compassion the Dr. and his assistant (wife) helped us send our 23 year old cat on her next journey.
