Where would I be without Dr. Morales and the incredible staff at this clinic? I had two wonderful years with no problems with my pet bunny, and then it suddenly took a turn. Twice I rushed him to the ER because he had stopped eating and was developing GI stasis. It took him over two weeks to recover each time. As soon as I recognized the signs of molar problems, I rushed him to Dr. Morales before it was too late. It could just be that he was seriously ill the times i had to take him to the ER, but I am pretty confident that it's just that Dr. Morales and her team have the magic touch because he has bounced back within 2-3 days post-molar trim as if nothing had ever happened. I've been very happy and thankful that I have found such a caring and compassionate team during what could be a lifetime of stressful molar trims. I will happily continue to drive 25-30 minutes to and fro to get my boy cared for by them without a second thought because they know what they're doing and do it well. I don't think I could trust another to take care of my boy or any future bunnies I may have after seeing the magic happen firsthand. Highly recommend this practice as without them, I probably would've lost my boy before he had turned 3 years old. Here's a picture of him with his most recent molt on his head.

I am beyond grateful and blessed to have Dr. Morales and staff caring for my precious Pomeranian Loki. Dr. Morales is kind, compassionate, and dedicated to her patients. She is an amazing Veterinarian and words can’t express how extremely grateful I am to her for taking such great care of Loki. Her staff is also sweet and caring. I always know Loki is in good hands when I go there and I will never entrust my pet to anyone one else.

The veterinary technicians and assistants are incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive to my fur babies' needs. They treat them with the utmost kindness and compassion, making them feel safe and loved throughout their visit. Recently, we had to say goodbye to one of our fur babies, Jax. It was such a hard time for my entire family, including our two other fur babies. The level of professionalism and attention to detail displayed by the entire team was truly commendable. They made sure to keep us informed every step of the way, explaining each step in a way that was easy to understand during such an emotional time. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care that Dr. Morales provided on that dreadful day. She treated Jax as if he were her own, and for that, I am eternally grateful. I would highly recommend Cypress Creek Lakes Animal Hospital to anyone in search of compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated veterinary care. This place is good and close to where we live. It’s sometimes difficult to get an appointment when you need it. Without fail every time we come in one of my dogs gets a comment on how beautiful he is and one gets comments on how overweight she is. She feels very judged! 😩 I’m not holding that against them but my dog might be!

Cypress Lakes Animal Hospital is practically home away from home for my poodle, Brody. All of the staff are friendly, professional, and so loving to my Brody as well as my other 2 dogs. Dr. Morales always goes above and beyond to give Brody the best care possible. Today the clinic was booked but they got Brody in with Dr. Geiger. I must say Dr. Morales did an excellent job picking Dr. Geiger to join her practice! Dr. Geiger was extremely thorough when examining Brody, super explanatory, and was very conscientious of Brody’s disease as well as any side effects he could possibly have from our treatment options. I am absolutely blessed to have two incredible Vets for Brody and the rest of my pups! I highly recommend Dr Morales and Dr Geiger!
