Cy-Fair Animal Hospital

My experience was exceptional, the front desk was friendly and extremely helpful, she could tell I was anxious about my puppy's first visit, sorry I am not go with name but think it was Jackie that was at the front desk. The assistant Pamela was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions cheerfully. Dr. Ross was right time, she examined my puppy and we were out the door. This was a lot better experience than I expected.

Over priced and poor customer service. After the assistant asked me question she proceeded to go make fun of my answers to the dr. / vet. Their walls are thin so I heard all of their conversation. A stool sample was thrown in the bill and was charged $52 for it, I was told to bring it in later. I was not given a time frame. I finally went to go drop it off and all the employees were gathered around the front desk and paid very little attention to me being there since they were in their own conversation. I called a WEEK later for the results and they had no clue about the results. The person that picked up the phone call, was just blaming everyone else, that she was not there that day, that why I didn't go sooner, that I had to repay for another test, that on that day they were short staffed. I did tell her, short staff? if there was enough time to gather around the front desk and one person was comfortably sitting on the floor participating in the conversation. That hardly seemed of an office that is short staffed. All of this excused to come back with the sample was sent, but the person that should of called me hadn't gotten around to it. I had to call again a WEEK later, because the person still had not called me back, another person finally gave me the results and told me to come in for some medicine and I requested for the results to be emailed to me, her attitude change, and question why I needed the results, if I was going to look up the medicine. I told her if she needed my email address and she said that she had it. She did not email me the results until I called & emailed again A WEEK LATER. I am writing this post, because just yesterday , the person that should of called me with the results, finally called. A MONTH LATER.

This vet clinic location was convenient in my neighborhood, once it changed to Cy fair, I particular didn’t experience good service. A week ago I called to just purchase flea topical control for my dog, they wouldn’t sell it because I stopped taken my dog. I went to Petco and got what I needed.

A quick note to thank Cy Fair Animal Hospital for helping several of us with recent care of an abandoned litter of puppies. We appreciate your expert suggestions and ongoing vet care to get them off to a good start in life. The advice on getting them through their puppy shots and spaying is much appreciated. Everyone in their office is kind and professional, and you can tell from the moment that you walk in that they really love animals.

BEST VET SERVICE! Everyone working here is amazing from the staff to the doctors! They care about your pets. They inform you when they are lost . They do the right lab work ! They give the BEST ADVICE!!! I love you all! From Zoey, Cookie, and Angel !
