We are incredibly grateful to have a 24/7 emergency veterinary clinic right around the corner from our home. Recently, we found ourselves in a situation where our beloved dog needed immediate medical attention, and the team at Crown Vet exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we stepped through the door, it was clear that our furry family member was in good hands. The veterinarians and staff were not only professional but also incredibly compassionate. They took the time to thoroughly assess our dog's condition and provided us with regular updates, ensuring we were informed of any changes in her health. Each time we called for an update, they greeted us with warmth and optimism, detailing how our dog was responding to treatment, which brought us immense comfort during a very stressful time. Additionally, we appreciated their transparency and understanding regarding the billing process. They worked with us to ensure that we felt comfortable with the expenses, which added to our sense of trust in their services. Crown Vet didn't just save our dog's life; they also made us feel at ease about leaving her in their care. It was evident that their team genuinely cared for every patient they treated. My Sphynx kitten Phoenix started coughing, had difficulty breathing, choking when eating, and snoring loudly. My Wife and I knew that it was imperative to do research to try and locate a very capable Emergency Veterinary Housing quickly. We searched the internet and no matter how far we need had to drive we would make that trip. I know you get what you pay for but with health care this is not the case. So you really must be your own advocate. When we found Crown Veterinary Specialists & Associates and we went to our cat’s appointment. They were indeed an uncommon organization. They provided Phoenix an examination and afterwards they wrote a proposed estimate of what was wrong. What was needing to be done with a surgery and finally the cost for there professional services. We asked all of the pertinent questions we had and they answered all of our concerns. They set up an appointment for surgery. When the surgery was completed we received a call explaining that the surgery was complete. They keep the patients over night to monitor their condition. We picked up Phoenix the following day. We were explained what needed to be done over the next two weeks. Today was Phoenix’s follow up appointment and after he was checked out. They had removed all of his stitches and the Elizabethan collar. They told us he healed up perfectly and asked if we need any questions answered? Once done my Wife, Phoenix, and I all left together with warm and fuzzy feelings. This business provides Ritz-Carlton customer service!! Dr Peddle is awesome! Kate is wonderful tech thank you for keeping my kitty healthy! Cardiology specialist extraordinaire! They have great compassion. Especially when I lost Nikoli sister Lexi during Covid. Highly recommend!

Dr. Bloom spent a lot of time asking about my diabetic cats history and explaining all the options we had. She listened to my questions and suggested a change in feeding habits. She did blood tests on his thyroid and sent me the results in a few days. Also suggested we choose a day to do a sugar test every 2 hours and send Her the results.

I brought my elderly cat to Crown Vet after saying my goodbyes at home. She was flat on her side for days and would not eat any more. I was convinced it was the last time I would see her. She spent two weeks in the hospital and after more treatments and diagnosis is home! I never imagined she would bounce back to her old self, but thanks to modern medicine and highly skilled veterinary professionals, my little girl is home and THRIVING. I have to thank all the staff, the internal medicine team, the emergency team, the oncology team, the technicians, the front desk staff, and everyone else involved in her care. I know she melted hearts while she was there. There are no guarantees when bringing our loved pets to the emergency room, but I would not hesitate to bring any of my pets to Crown. My pets are part of my family and now Crown is, too.
