My cat was sick and they took me in right away in the morning, told me that she had a uti. They were very gentle with her and tried to keep her calm. Very nice experience.

Vet Tech in the back room was super helpful and was wonderful except the one individual we had to work with in the front office when picking up our dog. My card was declined due to expiration date. I had to run home for a different card when that individual rudly (attitude) grabbed the bag that is supposed to be sent home with my dog (meds etc.) said I can't pick my dog and they close at 5 when I was informed by tech in backroom that they closed at 5:30P. It seem that she was bothered or was a waste of her time having to help me while my card got declined due to the expiration date.

My dog fell off of footstool. Called and able to get in in 10 minutes. Unable to walk on back leg. Took x-ray and not broken. Soft tissue injury. Received pain meds. Great care and love for my 馃惗. Love staff!
