Dr. Cooper and team are so friendly and truly care about my pets. Very knowledgeable and my pets are not stressed out as they normally would be seeing a vet. They are also fairly priced compared to others and I never feel like they are trying to just add on services or rip me off. Highly recommend! So glad I took my pets here, they’re in good hands!

Apr 07, 2025 · Cathryn Ensign SchmidtWe have been going to Crossroads Animal Hospital for 7 years. One of our cats is getting older and is having issues so we need to go more often. Everyone, the receptionist, the tech and Dr. Cooper are all fantastic. Highly recommend this group.
Feb 17, 2025 · sandra kisilewiczSo very disappointed with Crossroads animal hospital. I've been going to them for over 11 years, love the staff but when it comes to pricing they are ridiculous!!! They give you the option to get meds online which I do, well my meds did not come in time ( ordered 8 days ago still haven't gotten them from USPS even though it stated 3-5 business days) so I had to by them from crossroads and they were double in price. the medication I get costs 56.00 ( including shipping on line) and 94.00 at Crossroads, which is awful!!!!!! How can they charge double and think that's fine!! The vet visits were 81.00 just to see the vet let alone what else is needed and from what I'v learned that has gone up also. That is almost as much as a well visit for a person. I think the corporation is just all about the money. The office manager is aloof but the rest of the staff are the best including Dr Cooper. I'm not sure how less fortunate people could afford to have an animal and go to Crossroads.
Feb 08, 2025 · J and E PollackLove this place and the whole staff!! Everyone is always great but we see Dr. Cooper and she always takes the best care of my kitties, especially Jojo! I brought her in few months ago because I thought she had a UTI and they checked with me first then did everything possible to make sure she was totally healthy and just unhappy with our litter boxes. She’s also had 2 surgeries here 5 teeth pulled last year and 2 more pulled this past week. She is currently recovering from surgery and doing great! Thanks so much!!
