Good practice. Been taking my younger pup for 2 yrs now. Better than a lot of others nearby. Really like Dr. Burbrink. May try to stick with her moving forward. Wish they had Sat hrs. Only real complaint: One of the other vets wouldn't listen when I transferred my senior dog to their practice. They discontinued her antibiotic in favor of a supplement, and she immediately got another bladder infection. She cleared it. We did a follow-up, and the infection came back. Rinse and repeat. Eventually, they put her back on her antibiotic, but not before I spent a ton of money on testing and medication. We had already been through five or six rounds of this with our last vet, and I made sure that they had all of those records in advance. Really frustrating.

We have been with Crosspointe Animal Hospital for a bunch of years now. We have seen lots of doctors and techs and they have all been great. Our dog had had lots of complications within the last year and they were there to support us. My only complaint is that they are not open on weekends, which I understand because it’s hard to staff weekends. Recently, we had to put our dog down at the ER on the weekend. Crosspointe Animal Hospital sent us a card with heartfelt condolences which went above and beyond!

Amazing staff! From the front desk to the vet tech to the vet. Everyone was so attentive and welcoming. My dog gets nervous in those types of environments and everyone there gave her a warm greeting and made her feel as comfortable as possible! Dr. Gott was attentive and thorough with explaining everything! The entire facility is clean and welcoming!

Dr. Burbrink and staff are incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. She is a very skilled Dr. and surgeon. Dr. Burbrink is one of the few veterinarians in the area that I trust with my dogs/babies, care!

We lost our baby girl yesterday and it happened so quick. When we showed up they were so fast to act and made sure we knew what was going on. When there was nothing left to be done be done they gave us the space and time to say goodbye. In all we only interacted with them for 30 minutes but they made a very hard time as easy as possible. Thank you to everyone who helped Dottie cross the rainbow bridge.
