I’ve been bringing our bunnies, piggies, and dog to Dr Pfaff for since 2018. We’ve received amazing care from her and all the staff. They’re so good with my animals and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

- "Dr. Pfaff and all of her staff have been absolutely amazing to my ferrets and myself. It’s a night and day difference to our prior vet experiences. Our first visit didn’t feel rushed at all, Dr. Pfaff took her time thoroughly examining them and explaining anything I had questions about in detail."
- "When one of my ferrets was sick and not eating, they were able to squeeze her in so I could drop her off and they could observe her for the day. Dr. Pfaff also personally called me to talk about what she observed and discuss tests and treatment options. Noodle was back to feeling better within a couple of days. They even called to check and see how she was doing a few days later and to make sure everything was okay."

Whether it’s for med refills or just asking questions, they have always been patient and kind. 10/10, I am so happy we found a great vet who cares for animals and goes above and beyond.
Aug 11, 2024 · Jill BeasleyEvery appointment at Critter Care has been a positive experience for both my Havanese, Katie, and me. All employees are very caring and professional. They make certain that Katie is as relaxed as possible for each procedure and that all my questions get answered.
Aug 05, 2024 · Sandi HeffelfingerUnfortunately, I am here to update my earlier review - my beloved kitty Shadow passed away at almost 18 years. Dr. Liza and her Team took great care of Shadow for so many years. Shadow had a wonderful life and his life was enhanced by the care he received at Critter Care. Even in death, they made sure to arrange for the cremation and little paw prints so that I am reminded of him on a daily basis. I once again am forever thankful to Dr. Liza and the Critter Care Team. Dr. Liza and her team took great care of my beloved Rocky for a number of years before he finally passed on Monday. I am forever thankful for the geriatric care they gave Rocky so that his last couple of years were comfortable.
Feb 11, 2025 · Robert WerkingDr. Pfaff is an excellent and very caring vet that loves the furry noodle, AKA ferret. She's knowledgeable about the ills they can go through, and will put her all into saving their lives. Thank you Dr. Pfaff for helping Babygirl, and for trying to help my Bella.
