Cream Ridge Animal Clinic

Will not be bring any of my animals back to this office. Made an appointment to have my dogs nails clipped with sedation. Took her in only to be sent home with antidepressants and anxiety medication so it could be done at a later date. Was told to drug her the night before and morning of procedure. We called to confirm appointment (because they didn't call us) and they said we were good to bring her in. So we medicated her in preparation even though I never heard of additional meds before sedation and wasn't comfortable with it all in the first place. Just as we were heading out the door with our drugged up dog, we got a call that they can't do it. The reason was because they couldn't read their own handwriting and had no idea what the appointment was for. But upon clarification, they said they don't have the staff to do the procedure. Which should've been obvious, because it was clear they weren't keeping up with the cleanliness of the office. This place sure has gone downhill.

Make sure you bring all of your fur babies to Dr. Carrie and her amazing team. Their compassion, caring, and knowledge are unmatched. She is an amazing Dr. I can not even begin to tell all of the stories---of all of the animals that she has saved and cared for in my family. We are forever grateful!! I don’t even know where to start. From the moment I spoke to them on the phone until my big boy took his last breath. The entire staff was absolutely phenomenal. Compassionate, loving, and truly treats you and your fur baby like family. And to the angel woman Who I was speaking to in the waiting room this week and left a donation on biscuits account… You have no idea how much this means to me. You’re truly an angel and I hope you get nothing but the best out of life ♥️ thank you to everyone. I will definitely be coming back with my girl and recommending you to friends and family.

I just want to thank Dr. Ruge for being so kind, compassionate and communicative through the decline and passing of our boy Jax. Highly recommend if looking for a vet clinic that truly cares about your pets
